There were a lot of lines from YF which I would have found more obvious ("What a gorgeous pair of knockers!" "What hump?" His name was Abby something -- Abby, Abby...Normal" etc.) But chacun a son gout, I suppose. :)
I knew this was Monty Python but could not for the live of me remember the name of the movie (frustrating)...then after simmering in the subconscious for awhile - it came to me...

"And even if we win, if we win, HAH! Even if we win! Even if we play so far above our heads that our noses bleed for a week to ten days; even if God in Heaven above comes down and points his hand at our side of the field; even if every man woman and child held hands together and prayed for us to win, it just wouldn't matter because all the really good looking girls would still go out with the guys from Mohawk because they've got all the money! It just doesn't matter if we win or we lose. IT JUST DOESN'T MATTER! IT JUST DOESN'T MATTER! IT JUST DOESN'T MATTER!"

Hello, Mr.Wolf, I'd like you to meet my wife Mrs. Human. She's loves those movies.
RottieGrrrl
But you are right, perhaps this should be a movie mashup clue. but I would get this movie from one line, lol.
WordWolf
Gene Hackman's last line as the blind hermit in "Young Frankenstein."
For Mel Brooks fans it can be identified by this line, maybe.
It's probably unfair for anyone else.

Reminds me of "White Heat," but that quote would be "Top of the world, Ma!"

HWTB -
That's the right character - Harry Callahan - but he said it in only one movie.
Which movie was it?
I'll even give you a hint: It wasn't the first one entitled Dirty Harry.

Wow. Honestly don' know. Sounds like a comedy or satire, I'm guessing Brewster's Millions.
(George, if I'm right, I'm going out and buy a lottery ticket).

Not "Brewster's Millions."
Since no one got it in three days, it was "Meatballs."
