Next time I bring him around (Probably two weeks) I'll show him what you sent back to him. But I'm not sure how my boy will respond. Heck, I don't even come close to typeing with the technique that is in your post.
Today my son is six years old instead of five. He just told me that he wants to type again. Sooo here goes....... (I helped my son but he hit the keys himself)
The last few weekends Willie has been to some wrestling tournaments. He does not understand the competitive nature of the sport yet. He actually hopes the other guys do well too. What a great kid!
The other children that have older brothers do seem to catch on to the competetive nature though. I love watching them wrestle. Even at six years old the differences in the wrestlers is fascinating.
I don't think my boy understands that there is a real, live person at the other end of this communication. That's o.k. with me, I'm not going to push him. But let me say that I am happy that you've responded to my boy, and thank you for that.
At least I can understand it that my six year old does not understand or is interested in the real live people here, but he is six, and doesn't just act that way...

He chose the faces and hit the keys himself. It was all him even though I helped with the rest. :)

Hey Willie,
I'm glad to see you typing on the computer. I make my living typing on my computer.
Did you know that you can type the word "water" all with only using your left hand?
Try it:
Press the "w" with your left ring finger.
Then press the "a" with your left pinky finger.
Then press the "t" with your left pointer finger.
Then press the "e" with your left middle finger.
Then press the "r" with your left pointer finger.
You just typed like a pro, dude! Good job!

Dear Bowtwi,
My boy just got your post read to him by me and he's feeling a little shy.
Maybe it's the Dolly picture? That's just speculation mind you.
