yea mine does, ever since the shoutbox reappeared but it seems to be only when I am in here on IE. My Mozilla browser seems not to do it. what browser are you guys using?
GT- by "jumping", I mean that everything in the window seems to scroll up one line and then back down, about every 15 seconds.
Closing the shoutbox DOES seem to stop it, (on IE) however THAT pretty much defeats the benefit of having Shout back. Anyway, it does seem it must be related to the new shout thingy, if that helps the wonderful dude who helps keep this place up, running, and innovative.

I only use FireFox and I keep the shoutbox closed. (That may be irrelevant)
I've had no problems with the screen jumping.

I use Firefox with the shoutbox open, and I'm not getting any jumps.
May I suggest this is a good time to consider Firefox? :)
Even "IEView" (the IE simulator) didn't render this as a jumping page.

I use both, for various reasons.

Then, from a user POV, it's Internet Explorer that's the problem.
Then again, that's been true for quite some time. :)
One solution?

Personally, I like Firefox 2 a little better than Firefox 3,
so the download page for Firefox 2's last build is
http://www.filehippo.com/download_firefox/4690/
In either case, you will be able to download various Add-Ons
that make Firefox much more useful for you.
I like the security Add-Ons and some of the information ones.
My Firefox is a LOT more secure than IE, and works better
FOR ME, and if I need to see something in IE, I can use
"IE view" to make Firefox simulate IE.
The main time I use IE now is when downloading security updates
to Windows.

That is comforting
I have not seen the jumping.

maybe it's just getting some greatly needed exercise..
jumping up and down and shouting do go together, do they not?

Yea, I suppose in either case you're doing the shouting, whether it is you or your monitor doing the jumping.

I have Mozilla at work and IE at home. No jumping, though I've closed Shoutbox both places, so that might be part of the problem.
