dmiller
I want to go to this church --- I never want yo go to this onehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4tg4CftkPw...feature=related Personally --- (just my imo), I wouldn't attend either one. I'm a quiet guy, with quiet reflections about life. For what it's worth; *The Greaest Cargoes of Life Come In Over Quiet Seas*, is where it is at. Any sort of *exhuberance* (like this), is a turn off. I've been to churches like this --- and folks come for the show and the *glow*. I couldn't then, nor could I now get *into it*. Too much noise and hype for me. How can one *tune into life* with all that racket going on?? Some of my best *church moments* have been in nature's settings, contemplating myself, life, the grand scheme of things, my position within it, etc. As I said --- this is strictly an IMO. If your method works for you --- wonderful. I hope it works out for you. :)
Twinky
Well, the Pentecostals are a jolly sight more animated than the SLOW (Singing Ladies of the Way). Have fun there if you go, Dot. Remember, "We worship one God/ Jesus is his name" so you might need to renew your mind a bit.
Dot Matrix
Actually, I was being sarcastic! I think the song of the first is hysterical - but I LOVE their enthusiasm. The second - well that is just pitiful!
Twinky
Yes, Dot, I know you were joking But they still look like they're having fun. What was it, falling down drunk? Must be over the two-drink limit
