In a fry pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion and saute 30 sec. Add chicken chunks. Cook until the chicken is almost done - about 6 min. Add green beans and cook another 3 min. Add peppers and cook another 3 min. Add tomatoes, cayenne and lemon juice and cook another 2 min to let flavors meld.
Toss over pasta.
We ate this tonite for supper - it was delightful! My 11-year-old prepared it along with a lettuce salad and crescent rolls. Mmm mmm good! And there's leftovers for my lunch a couple days this week. We'll have this again!
Place frozen chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients except cream cheese.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Add cream cheese, cook on warm setting for 30 minutes, then stir.
This can be served over rice or wrapped in flour tortillas or with corn bread.
One serving is 1/2 a breast or 2 large chicken tenders.
Number of Servings: 10
We tried this yesterday and not only was it one of the easiest meals I've ever prepared, it was really, really good! My daughter even asked if we had enough leftover for supper tonight, she liked it so well.

Hey,
in the interest of "equal time", shouldn't we have some "brave" recipes too?

Hey, Dooj
That chicken stir fry sounds absolutely scrumptious. Thank you. Always looking for new and interesting variations on a theme.
