There is HTML code you can include in your page that loads a sound file to play in the background. Here is the link to an article that has more specific info on how to do it.
A caution tho'. Please, *please*, have an option for the visitor to turn it off/reduce the volume. Believe you me, if you don't have that option/control, you _will_ drive people away, ... and that you don't need at all (as you can easily tell). Plus business sites (good ones anyway) usually don't have background music, as that is regarded as rather cheesy, as well as irritating to your audience.
