dmiller
Blue Highway is AWESOME! Couldn't find a link to Grandpa's Mandolin, but here they are at the .Speaking of mandolins -- mine was made in 1917. It's a Gibson F-2 with the (unique) Handel tuners on it. It's 8 years older than my Dad is, and in better working condition than he is. I would give the world to have it the other way around. Weathered, worn but never frayed with calloused hands he gently played Gave and easy feeling to a hard working day. And times were hard as they could be He never once complained to me. jeast
Very cool song. The CD is actually titled Grandpa's Mandolin. If you can't find it let me know and I will make sure you get to hear it. Also has some cool crosspicking on the mandolin.
