jeast Posted March 29, 2008 Author Share Posted March 29, 2008 Paula's cream cheese pecan pie 2-3 oz pkg cream cheese softened 1/2 cup sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans 3/4 cup light or dark corn syrup 3 tbls sugar 3 tbls marg or butter 1-9" unbaked pie shell Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth add 1/2 cup sugar. 1 of the eggs & 1 tbls of butter and salt beat until combined. Spread mixture onto bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over cream cheese mixture. Beat the remaining 3 eggs, stir in corn syrup, tbls sugar, marg, and r emaining 1 tlbs vanilla.
