Cream cheese pecan pie

I don't mean to brag but my wife makes the best cream cheese pecan pie.

It is not real rich but I'd say it would probably max out your weight watchers point scale.

Anybody needing the recipe just say the word.

Paula's cream cheese pecan pie

2-3 oz pkg cream cheese softened

1/2 cup sugar

4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 1/4 cup chopped pecans

3/4 cup light or dark corn syrup

3 tbls sugar

3 tbls marg or butter

1-9" unbaked pie shell

Beat cream cheese with mixer

until smooth add 1/2 cup sugar.

1 of the eggs & 1 tbls of butter and salt

beat until combined.

Spread mixture onto bottom of pie shell.

Sprinkle pecans over cream cheese mixture.

Beat the remaining 3 eggs, stir in corn syrup, tbls sugar, marg, and r emaining 1 tlbs vanilla.

Slowly pour mixture over pecans.

Bake at 376 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
