I can hear fragments of that song in my head from those lyrics Brother. I know the song. It's just that there is not enough words for me to come up with it.
Just a reminder: in THIS thread, the idea is to pick a song so easy that it can be recognized from a single line (generally, the first, unless it contains the title). "Name That Tune" is for more challenging entries. Of course, what may be obvious to one poster may be completely off another's radar. MY "wheelhouse" is 50's-70's rock, with some pre-2000 country. I'll get the occasional 80's+ rock tune, but not often.
I suspect that WordWolf is up.

Just googled "Bat Out of Hell," which did sound familiar. It WAS 70's. But I STILL didn't recognize the song! :)
Off with his head. Chastise him for playing. That's how to do it.
If you know the song just go along. At least someone's is playing.
I wasn't being harsh. I'm glad someone new is playing! It's quite possible the Bro Speed thought the song was a gimme. I'm sure there are a number of songs which I would recognize immediately but would have you scratching your head. It's ALSO possible that he didn't know the rules of the thread...

Yes WordWolf, One of my very favorite songs. Hopes the memories are good ones. Your answer, of course, is spot on. Your go!

I agree with you about "Who's Nect" and äqualung". I'm more familiar with The Doors by their catalog than which song is on what album, but I know enough to know you just mentioned "L.A. WOMA

No. The Commodores have the most famous version. Here's another line:

That's right, Bro. (No need to give the performer on THIS thread, though). You're up!

For people who own "Bat Out of Hell,"
the song "Two Out of 3 Ain't Bad" may be well-known,
but otherwise, I doubt it.

Personally,
I'd rather we fold this one into the Name That Tune thread until more players
show up, but since it's my turn...
