The official title is "Baba O'Riley", not was.  Neither was Teenage Wasteland ever the title.  Named by Pete Townshend who drew inspiration from Indian guru Meher Baba and composer Terry Riley.

I meant, on the album, the official title was "Baba O'Riley" because that's what was written on the cover.  Thus, my usage of the past tense. 

No relation to the Swami Sali Maharishi Baba, or Sali Baba for short.

*checks*  I've never heard more than a few seconds of this song. I'm unfamiliar with the artist, as well.  Someone else will have to get this one.   Probably someone, ah, 'born at a more comfortable distance from the Apocalypse.'
