Clear some thing up for me dmiller. First, when did you mention the title of this song? I went back and did not see your post.
Second, and especially true with posting to Songs remembered from just one line it's important to leave one line from a song that is the most familiar or at least a very well known line from that song. That's the whole idea anyway.
Unlike Name that tune where you use bits and pieces of the song, or three or four lines. so those who are playing can try to piece the clues together. There the words don't have to be as familiar. Anyway.

Yes WordWolf, One of my very favorite songs. Hopes the memories are good ones. Your answer, of course, is spot on. Your go!

I agree with you about "Who's Nect" and äqualung". I'm more familiar with The Doors by their catalog than which song is on what album, but I know enough to know you just mentioned "L.A. WOMA

Sorry about this. I meant to put these in the other thread Name That Tune. So I am moving them.
I'm leaving this open to a free post.

I know what it is. But I have nothing to offer after mentioning the title of this song.
This one was pretty popular in it's day. :)
(edited to add - - - i haven't any songs you all might be familiar with to "toss out")
