I know this one so I'll name it - As Good As I Once Was by Toby Keith.
The idea in this game is to give the first line, then if nobody gets it from that, you add the second line...
I saw Toby Keith in concert a couple years ago - great show! We did a lot of cruising around in my car that year blasting his "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue" around town with the kids singing/screaming "... cause we'll put a boot in yer a s s, it's the American way!"
Wanna try another, but this time use the first line of the song?

Yes WordWolf, One of my very favorite songs. Hopes the memories are good ones. Your answer, of course, is spot on. Your go!

I agree with you about "Who's Nect" and äqualung". I'm more familiar with The Doors by their catalog than which song is on what album, but I know enough to know you just mentioned "L.A. WOMA

got distracted by finals and alotta snow....here's the next few lines in the song....
I use this song when I teach poetry....it's a great example of teenage angst, a simple song, really (hint, hint)
Do you ever feel like breaking down?
Do you ever feel out of place?
Like somehow you just don't belong
And no one understands you

Nobody knows this one???
I'm amazed.
(And a bit embarrassed since the whole idea is that the song will be instantly known by the first line.)
It's Heart Of Stone by The Rolling Stones.

The weird thing is, I woulda guessed that song if it was any line other than the first line.
