Tom Strange
I suppose this could all be considered "one line"... Childhood living is easy to do , the things you wanted I bought them for you if it helps any, I used to think the first line was "tired of living" but it doesn't make any sense when you put it with the other words... WordWolf
I'm supposing waysider was right. Although we're not RESTRICTED to OPENING lines to songs, a few of those are rather recognizable: "Please allow me to introduce myself- I'm a man of wealth and taste." GeorgeStGeorge
I do believe it was bulwinkl's intent that clues be the first line of a song, and that they should be pretty EASY to recognize: after perusing Name that tune topic I started thinking of songs that we remember from the first line. title not in first line. Otherwise, it IS just "Name That Tune." George

Yes WordWolf, One of my very favorite songs. Hopes the memories are good ones. Your answer, of course, is spot on. Your go!

I agree with you about "Who's Nect" and äqualung". I'm more familiar with The Doors by their catalog than which song is on what album, but I know enough to know you just mentioned "L.A. WOMA
