Having been driving down the highway for two days now-- All of these versions are working--Thanks guys!

love Doobie Brothers' China Grove(actually city in NC). Also love Jim Morrison and the Doors' Riders in the Storm. gee, getting a little nostalgic for late 60's and early 70's. now thinking about tune Maggie May. yikes, flashback :biglaugh:

Waysider, great song...

I heard somewhere that Paul McCartney was very displeased with Phil Spector's production of it on the "Let it Be" album, mostly because of the added strings.

He apparently wanted it to sound more like this (that's Billy Preston helping out on keyboards):

Christopher Guest is my ALL time favorite . . . . so, while YES is playing hubby turned to me and said "This is why God invented headphones" I agree . . . .can't hear that stuff loud enough.

After YES. . . . Let it Be came on . . . .and it was like a moment of Zen . . .
