The white reply section??? Just call me stupid. I just don't see it. Maybe you can tell me which button to click on and where it is located on the screen.
Open a reply window and make sure you have done the previous steps
Below the window as you scroll downward you will see the following:
1.The Attachments section
directly after it is a slightly darker shaded brown box; It is entitled Post Options:
2.The Post Options section: then select this option - HTML On-Rawline Break Mode (and finish the reply)
If you have anymore problems or you box does not show this option correctly you will need to pm Paw or Greasy Tech,or perhaps another support person.
I am sorry Nottawayfarer, I know so little; I am self taught...the trial and error method is usually long and tedious, full of risks and adventures...not always the results you desire!
Never Give Up...Never Give in...You will do it! :)

OK. If you guys look at my attachment in my previous post, you will see a screen shot of my page. I don't have the options you guys are talking about. I swear to God! Will someone PLEASE look at my screen shot and tell me if I have something different???
I don't have what you are talking about. I'm really not blonde, but I want to understand this. I'm usually pretty computer savvy.

Sushi --- down below the reply screen (when you reply to a topic), there's a *button* that says post options. Click on that. You'll be given three choices. Pick (click on) "Raw Linebreak Mode". THAT'S the one that let's you *embed* here at GSC. :)How it works -- I haven't a clue -- but work it does, when it comes to embedding a YouTube video. :)

Try this one!!You know there is an embedding link located on the you tube videos right?Copy the embed link and then choose "HTML On - Raw Linebreak Mode" under "Post Options" located below the are where you type your reply on a post.

If I can do it, there's hope for us all.
Here's how my son showed me how to do it:
1. Go to youtube and find what you want to post.
2. Click on it to get it playing.(it doesn't matter if it finishes before you are done.)
3.Line up with the window that says "embed"
4.Right click----The window will highlight.
5. While still there, left click.------------An options menu will appear.--------click on "copy".
6. Click on "minimize"---That's the little "minus sign" box in the upper right of your screen.
7. Now go to GSC and log on and click the reply box.
8. Type in your text and hit "enter" to drop down a line.
9. Left click again to get an option box and click on "paste"
10. Now use the curser(arrow) to move down to where it says "yada, yada, "OFF"
11. Click to change that to "raw line break" "ON" and then "submit"
If that's wrong, somebody bail me out, please!
Hey!! No snickering in the back row!

Dear (((((((Nottawayfer)))))))))),
The You Tube you are trying to put up does not work on this thread!
In fact Great News, Nottawayfer; I tried posting your link and other ones too as a You Tube here; and You are absolutely
Right!!!! On this particular thread for some reason there areno HTML post options! I am so very
sorry that I frustrated you sooooooooooo! I should have tried it. Try posting music on the music lovers thread and testing
123 they both worked for me and maybe something is wrong with this thread...tell Greasy Tech about it...He knows
everything about everything here!
Love You, RG
