About 5 or 6 years ago, I was at the public libary picking up a variety of CDs to listen to at work.
People who know me understand why I scrutinize the "blues" selections .
I saw this CD titled "Live At Blues Alley" and, without knowing anything about it, I added it to the bunch I planned to check out. I popped it in my player and was totally blown away with the emotional level it addressed.
Curiousity persuaded me to investigate Eva's work and story. I still check her CDs out on a regular basis and never seem to tire of hearing her interpret these time tested songs.

Dear Satori,
What a beautiful tribute you have made to her!
What a tragic loss it was; Eva Cassidy's voice was a melody in itself. I have most all of her music! She was Beautiful through and through!

Here's kind of a silly Eva C. story.
