The Leap down of Adam

Beloved friends of Grease Spot Café, God loves you my dear friends.

Here I sat thinking about what the Way Ministry called the fall of mankind, but how did they get that mankind fell and gave their image of God to the devil.

Lets look at the verses in Genesis 3

Genesis 3:1 "Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?"

Look the serpent the devil was more subtle than any beast of the field but Adam and Eve were not beast of the field. But what are the beast of the field?

For this we look at Genesis one when the beast of the field were first made.

Genesis 1:24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

These beast of the field are animals and these animals were not created in the image of God but in the image of living creatures or soul life beings.

Now back to Genesis 3.

Genesis 3:1 "Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."

Here we see the devil playing like he is God in this verses or that he knows more than God.

Isaiah 14:12 "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:"

Here we the devil Lucifer by name is playing God by saying " in his heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation".

But back to Genesis 3.

Genesis 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Which eyes were open the fleshly eyes or the spiritual eyes? We know God can not lie so one could say their spiritual eyes were closed and their fleshly eyes were open.

Lets move on.

Genesis 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

They heard fleshly because their spiritual ears were closed.

Lets move on.

Genesis 3:9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

Fear is a fleshly thing because there no fear in spiritual things only love and trust.

Lets move on.

Genesis 3:11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

The women lead me to eat and Adam ate or was he passing the dollar.

Lets move on.

Genesis 3:13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

The serpent or the devil trick me into eating.

Lets move on.

Genesis 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

Here again we see the devil or the serpent as just a beast of the field.

Lets move on.

Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Look the women will now have children like animals as if before children would come another way.

Lets move on.

Genesis 3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;

19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

Before life was easy but now mankind will have to work to get food until he returns to dust.

Lets move on.

Genesis 3:20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Genesis 3: 23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

Live forever in the form of flesh never having hope so God stop Adam from not having hope making him learn to work earning value of the gifts of God in the eyes of Adam.

Lets look at Isaiah 14 again.

Isaiah 14:11 "Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.

12 "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:"

We see by the time Isaiah was wrote that the serpent named Lucifer who we call the devil is dead and worms cover his fleshly body.

After reading all these verses I can not find any place showing the devil receiving the image of God and becoming a spiritual being.

So I think the Way Ministry fear of the devil is based on poor translations of words and a men wanted to control his people by fear.

Now do not I see mankind falling but I see it being more like Adam and Eve jumped from spiritual life to fleshly by killing themself more like jumping off a cliff spiritually.

As for the devil I see if more like God ripped off the devil wings because of what he did.

But this is just me.
