there's the story of this mean old drunk who died, and there was a traveling preacher who was doing the funeral, and he was going on and on about how great the guy was, how his wife and children would miss him, and he was gone to heaven to be with the Lord.
"Henry," the man's wife told her son, "Go take a peek and see if it's pa in that coffin."
For some people the only tears shed are alligator tears.
_Former Oklahoma State bench warmer and defrocked minister, meanspirited and vindictful. Was handed a multi million dollar cult and ran it into the ground...spent his final years bitter and lonely.

It could be written about Ralph D He was/is a great man. IMO I could also say that about Joe Guarini who was a wonderful guy.
I cannot think of any others off hand.

If I could write LCM's obituary, it would say:

As long as someone is alive, there is hope. Hope for repentance. Hope for a life with the Lord.

Hey, I may root for Oklahoma, but I still have to stand up for Oklahoma State. Craig played Elsewhere. Kansas State?
And for the record, I agree with Kit. As long as there is life, there is hope.
Heck, there's probably even still hope for . . . me.
