The short version: Two teens, male, 17, female, 16, have sex. That's not illegal in the state of Florida where it happened. But then they decided to snap some pictures of the dirty deed and email them from one's house to the other. Somehow the cops ended up with the pictures and now the kids have been convicted of producing and distributing child pornography.
Should we put warnings on the condoms we hand out in high school?

this is what i think.
hell we all "did it" when we were teens
but we didn't have digatal cameras or the internet to share them
it was not a good decission on thier part but we all make mistakes
it wasn't like they were trying to sell them
they judge should say
"go and sin no more
but if you do don't record it!!

Odd...if it is not illegal for them to hae consensual sex then how can it be child pornography?
