"There's a very good reason for all of that, Your Honor."
"Oh? What is that?"
"I'm a diabetic."
"I fail to see the connection. I've never heard of diabetes causing foul language!"
"That's because you're a dou**ebag."
Here's another clue: not exactly a giveaway, but if you extrapolate, you'll get it pretty quickly...
The one thing that bothered me, the one thing that stayed in my mind and I couldn't get rid of it, that haunted me, was why. Why would she lie? What was her motive for lying? If my client is innocent, she's lying. Why? Was it blackmail? No. Was it jealousy? No. Yesterday I found out why. She doesn't have a motive. You know why? Because she's not lying... And ladies and gentlemen of the jury, the prosecution is not going to get that man today. No. Because I'm gonna get him! My client, the Honorable Henry T. Fleming, should go right to f***ing jail!

I'm guessing that WW won't mind my adding a clue: the movie starred Danny Kaye. George

Once again, you posted a quote from a movie, where you could have posted 1/2 the script without me getting it, except for the one quote you posted. This was from early on in "Red Dawn."

Okay, here's a hint: if you were the judge, and the defense lawyer said that last quote, what would you say?

How did anyone not think... "you're out of order!"
"You're out of order! You're out of order! This whole TRIAL is out of order!"

Well, I don't think that's in "PCU",
So I'll guess "Chasing Amy".

I guess I just haven't watched as much trial TV or as many courtroom movies as you have, Raf!

WordWolf, I looked it up. You are incorrect (and I am disqualified).
Pirate, this is a really good clue and a good choice for a movie.

And it's not a romance. But close, at least phonetically.
