Sorry it took so long for me to reply, yes that's a new quote...
thanks for letting Nick play he had fun.
as for the boat? I'm lousy at opera-
and the only italian boats i know are the nina, the pinta and the santa maria, wait those are spanish (i guess i am an uncultured lout like the wife says)
That's what happens when someone jumps in out of turn. I would not be surprised if Pirate has guessed WordWolf's clue(s), though. They do have a "Marxist" feel to them.
Here are a couple more clues to my movie, though I feel none of you has seen it, since the clues have been "tell-tale":
George St George is the clue-giver of record at the moment. His movie is the one that needs to be guessed to continue the game. If someone correctly guesses WordWolf's, they don't get the next turn.
He took a Chinese spy thriller and overdubbed it with his own writing. They were searching for the recipe for the world's greatest egg salad, which had been stolen.
An example of the dialog: (guy holding his head in obvious pain)"Ow, my leg!"
Another scene: "Watch me shoot 7 guys with 6 bullets!"

I'm guessing that WW won't mind my adding a clue: the movie starred Danny Kaye. George

Once again, you posted a quote from a movie, where you could have posted 1/2 the script without me getting it, except for the one quote you posted. This was from early on in "Red Dawn."

"Boy-how'd you like to feel like she looks?"
"Have you got any stewed prunes?"
"Yes, sir."
"Well, give them some black coffee-that will sober them up!"
"Yes, sir."
(I'm thinking karmicdebt was right on George's quote.)

Karmicdebt was NOT correct. Here's another from the same movie:
This Peter Lorre impression is killing my throat!

If that's the name of a movie, WordWolf, I've never heard of it. Here's another line:
Get the recipe, foot!
This movie is more than 20 years old.

"Overdrawn at the Memory Bank" was a movie so bad it was on
"Mystery Science Theater 3000."
It's notable for references to Casablanca and starring Raul Julia
(who probably thought of the movie as a "resume stain".)
Pirate was correct on mine.
Figured many of you were fond of black-and-whites. :)-->
He stopped me just before a few more memorable lines. :)-->

So, that means it's not "To Wong Foo...".
*another wild swing*
"Big Trouble in Little China"?
I think that's about 20 years old.
"They call me Bruce?"

Incorrect on both counts, but nice tries.
The movie IS a comedy, and it's over THIRTY years old.

What's Up Tiger Lily
Woody Allen's first movie.
Now I've got to think up a quote!
