"There comes a time, thief, when the jewels cease to sparkle, when the gold loses its luster, when the throne room becomes a prison, and all that is left is a father's love for his child."
"There was a time, boy, when I searched for steel, when steel meant more to me than gold or jewels."
"The riddle... of steel."
"Yes! You know what it is, don't you boy? Shall I tell you? It's the least I can do. Steel isn't strong, boy, flesh is stronger!"
No. I'd also be surprised if you haven't seen this. It wasn't a MONSTER hit, but it did pretty well.
"Food. Food! I have not eaten for days."
"And who says you will?"
"Give me food so I have strength when the wolves come. Let me die not in hunger, but in combat."
"THAT is strength, boy! THAT is power! The strength and power of flesh! What is steel, compared to the hand that wields it? Look at the strength in your body, the desire in your heart, I gave you this! Such a waste... Contemplate this on the tree of woe. Crucify him!"

Have you ever put out an apartment fire Ray? My rear end was hot.
Call me an a$$hole one more time.
Gotta wonder, though. What kind of bastard must I have been, that nobody was there to claim me? I mean, I'm... I'm not the most charming guy in the world, so I've been told, but... nobody?

I'm guessing that WW won't mind my adding a clue: the movie starred Danny Kaye. George

Once again, you posted a quote from a movie, where you could have posted 1/2 the script without me getting it, except for the one quote you posted. This was from early on in "Red Dawn."

That was very good Jbarrax. However, I have no clue as to your post. Maybe next time.

"That's a contraband item, ma'am, as it is illegal in every state...
...except Texas."
"I don't care if this violates the Geneva Conventions, I want it.
"I thought you might, so I took the liberty of installing it for you."

Correct!
The possum playing possum is voiced by William Shatner.
(His daughter is voiced by Avril Lavigne.)
Hammy the Squirrel is voiced by Steve Correll, which is why Hammy
suggests "Steve" as a name.
For those who haven't seen it, it's loosely based on the newspaper comic strip.
Small animals are dealing with suburban sprawl reaching them.
(In the movie, we also have humans who have to deal with animals there as well.)
It's reasonably funny, and has some hysterical lines.

"Why didn't you identify yourself as a police officer when you were arrested?"
"Cause I was mindin' my own business. Hey, where the f--- do you guys get off on arresting somebody for getting thrown out of a window?"
"We have six witnesses that say you broke in and started tearing up the place, then jumped out the window!"
"And you guys believe that? What the f--- are you, cops or doormen?"
"We're more likely to believe an important local businessman than a foul-mouthed jerk from out of town."
"Foul-mouthed? F--- you, man."

Sounds like "Beverly Hills Cop" or one of its sequels. I'll go with the original.

Not a lot of movies have "Crucify him."
Well, not a lot of movies that don't feature a water-walking Nazarene.
So on that line alone, I'd have to ask a simple question: "Do you really want to live forever?"

Well, it could have been "Spartacus."
But it wasn't. "Conan the Barbarian" it is. If I had to make it easy, I would have used:
"What is best in life?"
"To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women."
Your go.
