Saw this recently on cable. I THINK it's been in theaters...
"The years passed, mankind became stupider at a frightening rate. Some had high hopes the genetic engineering would correct this trend in evolution, but sadly the greatest minds and resources where focused on conquering hair loss and prolonging erections."
"Yah I know this place pretty good, I went to law school here."
"In Costco?"
"Yah I couldn't believe it myself, luckily my dad was an alumnus and pulled some strings."
"Today I step into the shoes of a great man, a man by the name of Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho."
"I just need you to tell me how to get to the time machine."
"Oh, that's easy. You go down by the museum and stuff... It's like- it's, like, by the museum... Sorta by... Actually, not really. More like on the street, you go, um... Wait, let me start over. Okay, you know where the time machine is?"
"Clevon is lucky to be alive. He attempted to jump a jet ski from a lake into a swimming pool and impaled his crotch on an iron gate. But thanks to advances in stem cell research and the fine work of Doctors Krenske and Mueller, he should regain full reproductive function again."

I'm guessing that WW won't mind my adding a clue: the movie starred Danny Kaye. George

Once again, you posted a quote from a movie, where you could have posted 1/2 the script without me getting it, except for the one quote you posted. This was from early on in "Red Dawn."

Maybe 1/4 chagrined.
But we'll take whatever we can get. (Whoever? Whatever.)

Oh, good, someone beat me to it.
Both quotes involved scenes with Tackleberry, possibly the funniest scenes in the movie.
(Ok, except for some of Michael Winslow's scenes.)
First one was at the Academy pistol range. His first shot EXPLODED the target.
"Would you mind if I held that for a while?"(Something like that.)
The other was his big chance to shoot on the street-but he got there too late.
My cryptic joke was on the oft-repeated line from the commercials.
A brat wouldn't leave a car, so his Mom asked a passing policeman (Tackleberry)
to help. The kid insisted he would leave "when he's ready."
"You're ready NOW, mister!" *fires teargas canister into car*
"Thanks officer!" (Something like that.)

I am 96% chagrined. Should have remembered to first quote, to be sure.

Sorry, Sharon. I was so surprised to see you post a quote that I didn't notice that it was you, not WW, who answered the last one!
As for your clues, I'll guess "Free Enterprise."

CORRECT!
Here's how they came in...
"Offer me money."
"Yes."
"Power too-promise that!"
"All that I have and more. Please."
"Offer me everything I ask for."
"Anything you want!"
"I want my father back, you son of a b*!"
Inigo Montoya caught up to the six-fingered man.
"He didn't fall? Inconceivable!"
"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
Vizzini kept saying the man in black keeping up with them was "inconceivable",
but obviously it wasn't....as Inigo pointed out.
Actually, if it hadn't been part of your signature, that WOULD have been my first quote,
either "Never get involved in a land war in Asia" or
"Never go up against a Sicilian when death is on the line."
