And I'm sending you a doctor's bill for the emergency room visit from the wounds I suffered biting my tongue. That flipping hurts, man.
No, Pharaoh does not rape Moses' wife. He marries the woman Moses loves. So Moses goes off and loves another woman, the blond-haired, blue-eyed desert dweller Zipporah (spelled differently, but whatever).
Since the second quote seemed almost comical, my next guess would have been "Wholly Moses!" Since it was, in fact, "The Ten Commandments," I thought I'd use "Wholly Moses!" as my puzzle, only to find out that there are almost no quotes from it online; and I prefer not to leave it to my memory. Anyway, try this:
"I object, your honor! This trial is a travesty. It's a travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham."
"I think Mr. Mellish is a traitor to this country because his views are different from the views of the President and others of his kind. Differences of opinion should be tolerated, but not when they're too different. Then he becomes a subversive mother."

I'm guessing that WW won't mind my adding a clue: the movie starred Danny Kaye. George

Once again, you posted a quote from a movie, where you could have posted 1/2 the script without me getting it, except for the one quote you posted. This was from early on in "Red Dawn."

Haven't seen it, but IIRC,
Popeye Doyle was a character in
"the French Connection".

I was hoping that "Doyle" and "Frog One" would give it away. "The French Connection" is correct.

Fans of this particular movie, or trivia fans should get this one quickly.
"It was good of you to come!"
"How could I not?"
"How... Did my work please you?"
"..I never knew that music like that was possible."
"..You flatter me."
"No, no! One hears such sounds, and what can one say but... 'Salieri."

"-zart."

This quote was cute, because "Danny" recognized one of the actors in this movie as Salieri from "Amadeus."

Okaaay, then. More quotes.
"How'd you know there was a guy in there?"
"There's always a guy in there. It costs me a fortune in closet doors."
"You think you are funny, don't you?"
"I know I am. I'm the famous comedian Arnold Braunschweiger."
"Schwarzenegger!"
"Gesundheit."

One of the lines sounds like something Mel Brooks would say.
"Spaceballs" ?

No. This was primarily an action flick, though it had a lot of comic elements.

"There are lots of things worse than movies: politicians, wars, forest fires, famine, plague, sickness, pain, warts, politicians..."
"You already mentioned them."
"I know I did. They are twice as bad as anything else."

The latter half of that is reminiscent of "The Ten Commandments," but Pharaoh never threatened to rape Moses's wife. I'll try
"Conan the Barbarian"

Okay, then. Perhaps I was wrong.
"The Ten Commandments"?

If that's not it, I have one more guess.

I know that you know the correct answer, though, of course, it's not "Apples." (Have you ever heard of an "Apple Republic"?)
I can post more quotes, or you can just post the real answer. :)
