Leigh was on Staff at HQ the last two years I was there (I left in 2001). When I left, he worked in the construction dept. I didn't know him before he came to HQ, but people that knew him said that his wife committed suicide.

Last i've heard he was in Dallas, Tx. An internet search will give you an address and phone number. Don't know if he's in or out.
