Thesaurus Abuse ==> the over-vocabularizing of a sentence by expressing every possible discriptor available so as to clarify your meaning, with the end result that your original point is lost among a string of adjectives and adverbs that make it sound as if you are reading straight from a thesaurus.
THW,
Now that I think about it, you just described "expanded literal according to biblical usage" to a tee.

Wonderful.. What a great word.. I really think it is a wonderful word.. Only you won't catch me using it..
What about 'Completely completely completly complete..'.. Yup absolute completeness.. Now that one I go completely and wonderfully nuts on...
I'm just glad I'm complete.. Whatever the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time did.. I wouldn't know! Seems like a lot of talk with more air..

And here I thought Thesaurus Abuse was what I wanted to do to several of my Way leadership....
HIT THEM REPEATEDLY WITH A THESAURUS! The bigger the better.
Come to think of it most of those urges did come around a expanded literal according to Biblical usage definition.

LOL!! Lindy, you crack me up!!
"Thesarus Abuse" - I likey - I likey! That's exactly what it was and I have to admit, I'm somewhat guilty of it myself.
I kinda like Billy Crystal's use of Mahhhh-velous as a good substitute.
