Being an electrical engineer with a very well developed 'fling' reflex when I feel a shock, no, it wasn't funny. OTOH, the place is a little rough and eccentric, but the food and service is great. And he has a game, kind of like that Simon game, but if you miss the sequence, you get shocked. And its not just a little jolt. It really hurts! I'm with you. I don't think this is funny at all.
