More power to him! I'll bet that took guts and plenty of practice to teach himself how to do that! If he hadn't been caught speeding, he'd probably still be doing it!
Of course having a specially outfitted car may be better, and he shouldn't have been speeding, but let's give credit where credit is due.

If he has an ounce of sense he is probably a better driver than many of the 'armed' and dangerous drivers over here who use one hand for the cell phone and the other to put on makeup.
There are alot of people who do well without all their parts ---I found this today, the One Legged Dancer
