I just bid $15,001. I can't image anyone not wanting to know the precise loction of heaven. Now I will know exactly where I will (or maybe, won't) be spending eternity.
So what is the great significance of the Year2021 ???
Dunno - hmm there was a song in the sixties something like "In the Year 2121" though - laffs. When I was young teen I thought it was a cool song - now I'm sure the lyrics would sound cheesy.
Are the fellow's claims different from the claims of TWI's founder and the claims of founders of some Pentecostal (or para-Pentecostal) ministries more in degree, details and the aesthetics of salesmanship than they are in kind?

excathedra
are you sure that wasn't 2525 ?
here are the lyrics - not cheesy - they're quite heavy, for a 13 year old like you - and me
In the year 2525
If man is still alive
If woman can survive they may find
In the year 3535
Ain't gonna need to tell the truth, tell no lies
Everything you think do and say
Is in the pill you took today
In the year 4545
You ain't gonna need your teeth won't need your eyes
You won't find a thing to chew
Nobody's gonna look at you
In the year 5555
Your arms hangin' limp at your sides
Your legs got nothin' to do
Some machine's doing that for you
In the year 6565
You won't need no husband, won't need no wife
You'll pick your son, pick your daughter too
From the bottom of a long glass tube
In the year 7510
If God's a comin' He oughta make it by then
Maybe He'll look around Himself and say
Guess it's time for the judgement day
In the year 8510
God is gonna shake His mighty head
He'll either say I'm pleased where man has been
Or tear it down and start again woh oh
In the year 9595
I'm kinda wonderin' if man is gonna be alive
He's takin everything this old earth can give
And he ain't put back nothin woh oh
Now it's been ten thousand years
Man has cried a billion tears
For what he never knew
Now man's reign is through
But through eternal night
The twinkling of starlight
So very far away
Maybe it's only yesterday
In the year 2525
If man is still alive
If woman can survive, they may find......

Cynic
This fellow has apparently bumped up his Buy It Now price from where he once had it (when he had four copies of the "original" available):

Food for thought:

Twinky
Nice 5 pointed stars on the cover.
Quoted in £ sterling? Living in Hawai'i?
2 copies of the handwritten journal for sale (used carbon paper, perhaps)
Like the cure for cancer - HEY what if VP appeared to the author and told her all about it? (tongue in cheek)
