Nope. I'll see if I can give the big clue and the dead giveaway here:
"Make you.. My God I'm, I'm gonna, I'm GONNA BOUNCE YOU OFF EVERY WALL IN THIS OFFICE!!"
"Try it and you'll be walking funny tomorrow... Or should I say funnier."
"You know, You know I always wanted to pop you one! Maybe this is my lucky day, huh?"
"You disgust me! I hate you!"
"Are you as turned on as I am?"
"More!"
"How could you take advantage of a lonely, older woman like that?"
"Ohhh... sweetheart... When the lights go out, everybody is the same age and NOBODY is lonely."
"I know you have trouble dealing with a woman in a position of authority."
"Whoa, wait a minute. I resent that. I've never had trouble with a woman in ANY position."
"Carla was complaining that she missed out on all that teenage stuff, you know homecoming, proms. What if we do something to take her back to her teen years?"
I'm sorry WW. George was answering and I was used to the pace of some of the other threads. If you like I'll try my hand at another clue. Whatever you decide works for me.

Wow. This one's been dormant for a while... "Uh I've just been handed a news flash. The word "Canada" is unrhymeable. It's easier to - I don't know - get drunk and try to climb a bull

Normally, I go to Google, put the name of the show in quotes, and the word "quotes"
in quotes. Sometimes IMDb has a good list, sometimes wikiquote has a good list,
sometimes someone else has a good list. Sometimes there's a few cheap lists, and
I have to use them all. I can usually remember one or two good ones, also.
In this case, almost NO good quotes were around, and I had to rely on raw memory
for quotes.
Remember, I can still quote stuff from the taped pfal class, and I didn't sit thru that
after 1990. So, a few scenes that cracked me up are not impossible.
(Jim's bar, Phil's named food dishes, Murphy singing and getting scared when
she saw Eldon...)

TV.com also has quotes. All of these sites seem to be "wikis," i.e., entries are provided by people logging in.

Okay... I'll give it a go - lemme try an easy one:
"Shut your fat mouth!"
"Make me!!"
"Make you.. My God I'm, I'm gonna, I'm GONNA BOUNCE YOU OFF EVERY WALL IN THIS OFFICE!!"
"Try it and you'll be walking funny tomorrow... Or should I say funnier."

"Nah. That's been done to death."

The last one was a "smoking gun" for me.
It's "Cheers."
You could have waited a little, spaced the quotes apart over more than a 12-hour period,
you know, give a few more people a chance to log on and take a guess.
That's just me, but I like to give "a sporting chance"....

No, I got it fair and square.
And I THINK I can come up with one.

"A Society gentleman would only go out with you for one reason: to have a good time, a few laughs, and a little vo-deo-doh-doh."
"I don't vo-deo-doh-doh!"
"You vo-deo-doh-doh."
"I don't vo-deo-doh-doh!
"You vo-deo."
"Once. I was going steady a whole year. I have a spotless reputation."
"If, in heaven, we don't meet-
hand-in-hand, we'll bear the heat.
And if it ever gets too hot, Pepsi-Cola hits the spot!"
"I am going to mold you.
How does that make you feel?"
"Like old bread."

"These New York detective things interest me. These crimes of purple passion, axe murders and things like that, they - they fascinate me, I love 'em."

These should make it a bit more obvious. (On the other hand, that's what I thought about some of my "Numb3rs" qoutes!)
"Send in the sagebrush Sherlock Holmes, will you?"
"Not Mexico, New Mexico! It's in this country! How should I know, it's out there after Chicago someplace!"

Here we go again...
"If I was you, I'd find a trail out o' here before ya get me riled up."
"Chief, I think I got somethin' you'll want to hear."
"Good! What time does your plane leave for Taos?"

No. Right genre, but about a few years too early.

No.
This wasn't a comedy, per se, but had a lot of light-hearted repartee.
Taos and New York are big hints.
