HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! George, I wish you the best this birthday. Are you going to Japan? My daughter is still into japanese things. Anways, wish you the best for someone lots older than I.....
To our resident (and favorite) curmudgeon. May you have many "happy endings" to keep you smiling in the years to come
Sometimes we forget to say nice things to people until their special day, but I know many of us really appreciate your wit, appreciation of other cultures and the general onoriness you bring to the cafe.
It's been a good one. Got a lot done at work, stopped and picked up the girl and we got Chinese take-out and the neighbor came over and MOWED MY LAWN! (not a small undertaking). And girl got me a great Thelonious Monk CD. Who could ask for anything more?
