It appears as though the machine has been configured to install and run all user software on-to and off-of a network server. In this case, the server name is builttokill, the server harddrive is SATA(F) and the install directory on the server is /tinadocuments/mypictures. Since there is no longer a server available, the installation wedges.
Honestly, the best thing to do would be to reinstall windows. Alternately, you could try logging on as administrator and creating a new user, then using that user as default. There may be a registry entry that you could change to fix the problem, but it's beyond my tech support abilities to help you with that long-distance.
Reinstall Windows. You'll be happier in the long run.

Shucks ~~~ I thought it sounded too easy to fix! ;)

Is THIS what you wanted to install????
If so you had \\ in the URL, and NOT // I switched the two, and got the above link. :)
(Hey -- I only have a Mac here!) :D
But if you're entering a URL, it HAS TO BE // and NOT \\

In other words -- you were trying to enter the URL ~~~
\\builttokill\SATA(F)\tinadocuments\mypictures\
So --- take all the \ marks, (or \\ mark), and replace them with / and // instead.
It should read ~~~ http://builttokill/SATA(F)/tinadocuments/mypictures/
Hope this works for you. :)

change the destination drive of the program to c drive
sounds like there was another drive on the computer
and removed before you got it
the last program installed remembers where it installed it
could be an external drive or network location on the web
