shortfuse
VPW in PFAL. Is this a trick question? Was it B.G. Leonard? E.W. Bullinger? Karl Barth? I give up.

dmiller
Hiya Galen. :) Not an exact quote -- but I did some looking through J.E. Stiles, and E.W. Bullinger books I have here. Came up with this -- from E.W. in his WORD STUDIES ON THE HOLY SPIRIT. (page 12) ---Judging by the perfection of all God's other works, we know that His Word and His words are alike perfect. He not only means what He says, but He has a meaning for everything HE says. If He uses one word, there is a reason why no other word would do. Of course -- HOW TO ENJOY THE BIBLE by Bullinger --- Has all the *To whom*, *when*, *how*, *where*, etc. Perhaps docvic got *original*, and lumped the chapter headings into one saying?? Dunno. But it's a speculation I wouldn't discount. ;) Edited July 1, 2006 by dmiller

How about:
"I didn't write the Book",
