Thanks Kathy. Like I really needed to hear that now. I brought home leftovers from work for dinner, as our weather has really been something today. We had 15 inches of rain today (the wetest day in history since 1890) and I thought that I would have to spend the night at work, since not many were able to make it in. In fact, the national guard was called in (in one of the neighborhoods that we were house hunting last weekend) to help evacuate people through 4 feet of water. Hey, you know, those chops sound good. I could use some "comfort food."

I haven't thought of that book for quite a while. I remember "taking" my mother's book to read, cause of all the controversy at the time.

At the time that I was going to get married (to one of those that you discribed), I was a 2x wow vet, advance class grad, yada yada yada. I was dicouraged by the bc, who was corps from getting married because he was "beneath" me, thus I wouldn't be able to consider him as head of the house.
