This is exhausting. Even if you don't have any personal investment in the area, it's a reminder of some possible catestrophic event in your area (blizzard, earthquake, etc). Some extra deliberate exercise helps me deal with it as well as deliberate downtime. Sometimes I take my refuge in music.

Perhaps there is a difference between residential and business work. I had our ducts done periodically for a time, and it did reduce allergens and there was no damage to the ducts.

Another hard lesson: You take the consequences of your choices. Back out and off and require Kelly solve the problem herself. You have given direction...done all you can. Turning it over to Kelly means, for a while, Kelly will be bullied (shadowed). However, she hasn't taken your advice, or her older wiser sister's. Let her take her lumps. Sooner or later, if you totally stay out...she will have to tell the shadow to bug off and make it stick. Kelly, I'm so sorry I have to leave you alone on this shadow thing. I can't do any more, I can't fix this problem, or help you fix it. I tried, but you want me to do the impossible and control a child that's not mine to control. I can't do that. Turn your own emotions off, and let Kelly deal with this now. Sooner or later, the words "bug off get out of my life" will emerge when she's frustrated enough, and all adults in the matter know what's going on and will take it from there.

We can make this list full enough to require a SUV to contain it all, however I'd suggest you consider: No Rinse (brand name) Shampoo. White plastic bottle w/blue printing; find in CVS and other similar stores; shampoo hair w/o water. Pour on, lather, towel dry. I promise this is an economical way to keep your hair clean. It was used on me for 4 months until I could get in a shower and I was always presentable after my accident. There are also no/water body towels which you can "bathe" with and be clean.

We were all taught that if we didn't get our (desired)answer to prayer, that it was EITHER faulty believing OR it was not available. Unlike others who did not get the (desired)answer to their prayer, he's not blaming God. As it happens, his prayer had no impact because prayer(believing) has no dominion over storms. There is a spiritual realm and it is governed by spiritual laws. There is a physical realm and it is governed by physical laws. You cannot combat things in the spiritual realm with laws of the physical realm and you cannot combat things in the physical realm with laws for the spiritual realm.

also: MSNBC also showed all the folks at the Convention Center. They were just as thirsty, hot and hungry as everybody else yet there was absolutely no disruptive behavior whatsoever. I saw it with my own eyes via tv. The head of FEMA was on HardBall tonite and he said no one agency can do everything. He stated that he had no knowledge of people being at the Convention Center and when he saw it himself vowed to divert some of the teams to go there directly to assist.

Well you are the first one who has requested admittance recently. It is a permanent stamp. It never wears out...so those here have already been stamped. And they all did it the same way.

It has been established that the climate is warming. Global warming is a definete yes. However it hasn't been shown that man's activities have caused it - - OR ruled it out. Studies of ice cores show repeated climate changes and some of tham appear to be quite rapid. The warmer the temp of the earth, the greater the air circulation and, in general, the greater the storms since they are generated by heat...even in winter. So, we can expect more hurricanes and more of them will be more distructive. Also we can expect more winter precip events as well as a greater dumping when the storms hit. The devil didn't do it. Wind circulation on this rotating planet redistributes heat from the center of the earth, the equator, to the poles. Those are explained by the laws of physics....conduction, convection and radiation.
