That's the idea! Good example for the newbies.

Don't count on me to come if there's no men! Who would I flirt with.
-
Now wait up - - just a cotton pickin' minute ex70'shouston! If I feel like moving to Texas - - I'm gonna move to Texas! I don't have any rank "Yankee" ideas - - just because I live in Jersey. Methinks thou'd best be careful of whom thou does malign. I would like to encourage you to think more highly of your elders. Mo - - who says tempers are short?? [yuk yuk yuk]

it really doesn't matter to me......I'll go wherever the peeps are

Chocolate on Chocolate here - - but let's get honest. How sexy can one really be at 64!?
-
Please - don't anybody ask me to squat and cough. You'll be in for a lot more than she bang!

Amen! This is a perfectly ordinary day even though some people pull pranks, but I wish a happy birthday anyway....prank or not.

Should stay-at-home moms have to pay back college costs?
krys replied to markomalley's topic in Open
The way I understood the article, it wasn't just a "simple" college education. The way it was worded led me to think they were talking about higher learning beyond that...such as for doctors or lawyers and other superiorly educated people. Was I mistaken? -
Well - - in my case, as in what is paid for my required service is more in the form of a tax. I don't ever receive cash money however. I receive chocolate.....dark chocolate. You can either bring your own, or, you can pay cash to one of the money-changers on the way to my ShavingShack and they will provide it to you. Of course, they may charge you a fee for this.

I voted NO. I think it's wrong to penalize a woman who wants to stay home to raise children. During the education she wasn't pregnant. There was no child. Why penalize her for a decision based on an event which occurred after the education. After a relatively short time, she is likely to re-enter the workforce with her education anyway. I guess everybody wants to save money - but by selecting one gender to pay back education money is not the way to go. -
middleman?

Amazingrace - - you are a-m-a-i-z-i-n-g! Soon I will explain another of the tenets of THE concerning the Sacriment of Shaving.....and explain why I am the Shaver of THE.

I think we should make it all legal. So - - if somebody wants to hallucinate and "fly" off a 40th story balcony - - let him! This is a free country. Let the Darwin-Effect weed out the really strange ones.

And do you remember the "number runs" or "races" we used to have to get to a p-e-r-f-e-c-t number like 9000! We'd pose for hours on end....just post after post with one or two words in it....... just to keep the numbers going UP - - when they told us the thread was too long on EZBoard. I didn't realized I was that rebellious then. tee hee

What we share with each other here via the ether is the same thing we would share face to face........ideas. Nothing more - nothing less....it is just a different way to do it. After sharing ideas with me, it's up to me to do something about it if I want.....or not. Same with you.

* calling out to pond* Hey look over here -------> That's me waving to you and asking if you wanna re-think what you "thunk" now that you've heard some of our perceptions.....and come along for the ride with us? You know deep down inside that you belong here just as much as we do [if you want to] I don't go for beer all that much, but you're welcome to sit over here with me and share a ! Maybe somebody would like to bring some coffee or brownies over?

*picks up a few paper towels while spraying air freshener* I didn'tt have any time for surfing to read Trancenet but I heard about it. I don't remember how I found WayDale but the important thing is that I did [or it found me]. I began to learn why things were happened the way they were where I lived and had j-u-s-t left the big green t-r-e-e when my leaf dropped off of it! And at first it raised more questioned than it answered. I found a lot of scars that I didn't even know I had and then somebody very close to my heart also became a victim of abuse and all it's ramifications........so I learned about healing right here at the beginning of GSC-1. GSC is not only a godsend for healing and being healed but it's also the only place where anyone can find the real truth about a certain cult which we all came to know and love -- and then hate. And please don't talk to me about not meeting face to face! That's a bunch of "rot" in my book. Some folks are able to get together because they live close enough to meet in a central place and have the time and means to get there. I live too far away and don't have the ability to do that! And it doesn't matter to me or them, we're still friends. How would I get to know folks in Alaska since I live near NYC! or some of the south, or Michigan or Phoenix or other places where I don't even know where they live! That's the magic of the internet....your community expands beyond your physical confines and I'm grateful. Haven't we all received virtual birthday cards and loved them AND appreciated the sender for thinking about us? So how is that different from being a member of this virtual community where everybody knows you by your name? edited to fix grammer and tense

Proper well raised cats don't embarrass their owners.

I run a spuri'ual clean home here. I would minster to her but I'm not putting my hands on anything that tiny that produces such vile effluances of this magnitude and proportion. She was once named Bonnie....of the pair called Bonnie and Clyde, but I found it necessary to rename them to be George and Gracie according to their personalities. Gracie is a tiny cat. She is the smallest adult cat I have ever seen which multiplies the offending substances significantly.

TOTW: Raf started the thread, but THE sorta invented his own Diety-ness over the first several days. THE came into being on that thread, but as you know - Dieties do not come from land based corporal units, they are etherieal entities.

You guys just don't get it!!! I guess I'll have to spell it out for you, then. THE is a god! Deities don't usually die off. Methinks you'd best watch out for the negative vibes here, you don't want to make him angry....because there's no telling what he could do. Unless - - You'd be OK with a tsunami of Guinness over Phoenix - - or a passel of foul breathed diseased yaks who pass gas wandering though our wheat fields, clogging route 40 in their migration and chowing down on Central Park! We have enough non-native species and their problems. We have killer bees who are migrating north, lampreys who suck the life out of fish in our Great Lakes, Gypsy moths who still take a toll on our north east forests 30 years after the fact as well as Formosan termites and red ants who take over colony after colony of every other kind of ant (that's true, by the way). Watch your step!
