Early, this is not an appropriate thread to discuss the "worthiness" or lack thereof of Mrs. Weirwille. Look around here on this site and you'll find plenty of threads which have discussed this, together with other aspects of her involvement...it will give you lots of food for thought although it might not change your mind. I would not contribute to such a fund for reasons Simon and Grizz mentioned...namely...anything I contribute might decrease the financial responsibility of the organization and I will have no part in that. However...what I would love to contribute something toward would be a tribute/memorial perhaps for that nursing home. Something like a new piano...in her memory...or a self-sustaining fund to make lives a little better for the patients...things they would not ordinarily have...maybe a trip out to a movie...or having special entertinment brought in...anything which would add something special to their lives.

Men...tell us about your experiences of sexual abuse in twi...
krys replied to CoolWaters's topic in About The Way
Any man whose wife was incorporated into somebody's stable was abused - even if you don't think of it as such. It was abuse. Several such women had difficult times in bed with their own husbands afterward. Some outright refused their husbands sex...for whatever the reason. That is abuse to the husband plain and simple. -

Earthquakes in Other Countries Caused by Idolatry??
krys replied to Nottawayfer's topic in About The Way
You'd be surprised to see exactly how many earthquakes there are! Most of them aren't noticed by people...but seizmographs demonstrate many...in a single day even. -
Shelter for Folks Leaving the Way-Transition House
krys replied to waterbuffalo's topic in Getting help for cult dysfunction
I don't see any profit in having a sanctuary, of sorts, in NK. If "everyone" knows about it and where it is...it's not a safe place because the WayGB will know exactly where to go should they want to taunt! -

I guess that everybody who lives on the Ring of Fire is destined to be a badass. -

When my kids were little they adopted two kittens from the same litter. One was orange female, the other a black white and grey male. The felame was "Pumpkin" and the male was "Shadow". We think Shadow ran away to die...about 7 or 8 years old...Pumpkin lived until almost 20! One of my best friends has a Shepherd/Retriever mix and she is a totally wonderful dog. He named her Calisto (Greek word = beloved) I have two adolescent cats/kittens now. Male and female from the same litter. I call them Bonnie and Clyde!

Thomas Heller - your life and your words are often a reflection of Him to me on these boards. He knew what he was doing!

To the best of my recollection when I studied it...Digger has it correctly. However, I see no reason why the process of evolution via natural selection must be defunct. I believe it probably does happen, but at a rate of change that is too slow for us to detect over our lifetimes.
