  1. Another one. What was the first album to sell over a millions copies in the CD format? Year was 1987.
  2. So how about some more lines waysider that may help me with this clue?
  3. There's no need for that George. So two guys in the 70's both leaders of the university campus group called "The Pale and Shovels' were campaigning for seats in the student government promise ing to convert the school budget into pennies and dump them in the Library Mall where then, students with pales and shovels could take them away as they wished. It worked and they were elected to the states Student Association. In the cover of night they played a prank, covering a prominent hill with 1008 plastic pink flamingos. The city has taken to the birds; becoming the professional soccer (football) teams official logo, shops have embraced them prominently on murals and gifts shops around the city. Those guys were students at UW-Madison, the capital city of Wisconsin. There has been no word whether or not they turned the budget at UW-Madison into pennies.
  4. See the little fairy with the earring and the make up, Yeah, buddy, that's his own hair
  5. I don't why the post was still in my queue but I posted it again. Yes, waysider. That's the song.
  6. You knew Long Tall Glasses and Never Been To Spain. My quote isn't the first line but I thought it was the peak of the song. I get you. It might be more obscure I see now from your standpoint. I'll do another. I got a freaky ol' lady name of Cocaine Katy wearin embroiders on her jeans

  8. Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite! Just another thing about the last song "I've Got Rhythm" the original title "I Got Rhythm" was a song written and composed by George and Ira Gershwin and released in 1930. I didn't know that before when I was looking up lyrics. Cool huh? "Takin' a dive 'cause you can't halt the slide Floating downstream, I'm takin' a dive"
  9. That would be him. First line Robert Redford narrating in "A River Runs Through It". The walking through a pile of you know what is from "Spy Game". Third line was "Jeremiah Johnson".
  10. Long ago, when I was a young man, my father said to me, "Norman, you like to write stories." And I said "Yes, I do." Then he said, "Someday, when you're ready you might tell our family story. Only then will you understand what happened and why." If I'm walking into a shet [Some Hint Included There] storm I wanna know which way the wind's blowing. I, Hatchet Jack, being of sound mind and broke legs, do leaveth my bear rifle to whatever finds it. Lord, I hope it be a white man. It is a good rifle, and kilt the bear that kilt me. Anyway, I am dead. Yours truly, Hatchet Jack. Pick me out a winner Bobby.
  11. Oh shoot I'm up okay. Give me a few to get back to it.
  12. Name the U.S. states capital that made its official bird of the city, the plastic pink flamingos, you know the one's you've seen in front of people's houses in their front yards?
  13. In this vast and troubled world We sometimes loose our way But I am never lost I feel this way because Dit-dit-dit-dit-dit-dit-dit-dit
  14. Sorry, but I'm not placing anything, especially Kevin Spacey playing a singer. (Even though I know he does sing quite well.) Wait a minute. I might have jogged my memory just now. Didn't he do a movie called The Eddie Fisher Story or something like it?
  15. This has got to be Boogie Nights, without a doubt.
