  1. I've never watched it and I only know that Richard Dreyfuss was it. Was Jack Warden in it?
  2. "We'd been living together for a million years Ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah. But now it feels so strange out of the atmospheres. Ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah"
  3. I hear what you're saying George, but there are a lot of lyrics with second verses with the same memorable lines as the first or second line in songs. Going forward I think any line that is memorable would be acceptable, wouldn't it? Example: "I want tell her that I love her a lot but I've got to get a belly full of wine" "Her majesty" ~The Beatles~. Next to last line. I may agree to disagree with you here, and personally, I like to leave a clue that is recognizable from any line largely because "first lines" will eventually run out again, like they did before, and plus, they are just so darn boring. Anyway, just some food for thought.
  4. Like I already mentioned in my post a few days ago, we can tend to go round and round and back and forth with this thread because of its ease and familiarity, so considering this song, I know it's right because I thought about using it last week therefore, I'm posting without redrock and blues confirmation. So when you know, and are very sure then, it's not always necessary to go get the go-ahead nod. Right GeorgeStGeorge..., alright then. "I know a cat named Way Out Willie"
  5. This reminds me of the "Who's on first, what's on second, and I don't know is on third" sketch.
  6. "Just Dropped in (To see what condition my condition was in)"
  7. It's an odd question I would agree. What was his dad's legal name? Probably not to many people on the planet know that. But most people I think do know what caused Red Foxx's death. That's pretty common knowledge.
  8. I don't know know if any clarification was needed but thank you WordWolf, unless the mention that I made made you think he had something right? It's just a song with something about an airplane in it. No other intention than that was made. The song redrock and blues posted is wrong, and of course it's still anybody's turn.
  9. But the subtle remark about "Take It Easy" was a genuine answer I hope? Otherwise, I would still keep the round.
  10. The right airplane but the wrong pilot flying it on this one. Long way around for saying no.
  11. What is that, "Spaceballs"? And yes, Jackson Brown wrote "Take It Easy", right this instant, I just got that WordWolf, take it easy. Got it. Very good. Anyway, the way Jackson Brown explains it, Glenn Frey wouldn't stop bugging him to finish the uncompleted "Take It Easy", explaining "alright go ahead and finish it. Do it". So stuck in the second verse with, "Well, I'm a-standin' on a corner in Winslow, Arizona" Frey finished the verse with "Such a fine sight to see. It's a girl, my lord, in a flatbed Ford, slowin' down to take a look at me." Browne was very happy with the result. There is even a statue on the corner of 2nd and Kinsley ave. in Winslow Arizona. You're up, WordWolf.
  12. "737 comin' out of the sky Won't you take me down to Memphis on a midnight ride"
  13. It sounds to me more like Dedicated Follower of Fashion
  14. I'm surprised that now that I've given the main actors in the clue, that no one has any idea. Let me reveal this then, and, open it up to a FREE POST. It was Vanilla Sky. Spielberg and Lipinsky were party goers at the big party where Tom Cruise's character David Ames, meets the girl of his dreams, Sofia Serrano. Couldn't find anything about Tommy Lee other than he was a Frozen Vintage Car Man.
  15. Kurt Russell Johnny Galecky Alicia Witt Michael Shannon Timothy Spall Jason Lee Noah Taylor Tilda Swinton Conan O'Brien Penelope Cruz Cameron Diaz Tom Cruise I'm know I'm not supposed to but since it seems everyone is stumped here's a few celebrities who were also listed as unaccredited. Tommy Lee Tara Lipinsky Steven Spielberg
  16. That's it. You got it. Now it's your turn redrock and blues.

  18. And I want to sleep with you in the desert tonight with a billion stars all around

  20. redrock and blues you may want to check out the rules on how to play this thread (page 1) because in this game a player posts a song lyric, usually with a very memorable line of music in it, and then a player would post the name of the song. WordWolf's post was: so, I recognize this as a line of lyrics from "The Benefit For Mr. Kite", in this case by ~The Beatles~ but we only need to come up with the song title in this game. So then, I could wait for confirmation but I know it's the song thus making it my turn to put up a memorable lyric from a song. Anyway that's how this thread works. Your welcome to play along, but just get familiar with the rules.
