Giants win Game 1 and look strong. What is the format for the World Series anyway? 2 at home 3 away and 2 at home again like basketball?

Thanks GeorgeSTGeorge for some clarity about how to play this thread. It really should be one line so memorable to anyone who has seen it and kept just to that. Keep it short and keep it simple. Don't you agree? -

Baseball is so unpredictable compared to other sports. The teams that look the strongest and seem the obvious favorite never get to the world series. I thought The Phillies (which still has a shot at it) and The Yankees looked like the better teams.

The song I posted is Long As I Can See The Light. I guess I listen to CCR more than most of us. I went down virginia, seekin' shelter from the storm. -

This song is from the best American rock band possibly ever! If no guesses soon I'll show. Should be a no brainer if your American or any nationality. This song is internationally famaous! Even George has heard this one. -
No. I know that's not it soul searcher. That song only goes, "Do you Mr. Jones".

Let's see. How about one more line to the original clue. Put a candle in the window, 'cause i feel i've got to move. Though i'm going, going, i'll be coming home soon, -
Definitely heard these lyrics before. However, I'm judging that its an older tune and because there are many songs with Mr. Jones in it including songs that we hear today, it just can't catch my ear. How about another line waysider?

Your up Maddy. Your guess was correct.

I know what your saying waysider. That's why Rubber Soul was picked (by popularity) as the #1 beatles album some years back. Classic album with Lennon and McCartney trading vocals. Norwegian Wood might just be my favorite beatles song. Several ( about 8) songs from the Rubber Soul album received a lot of radio time. Michelle, Run For Your Life, In My Life, Norwegian Wood, Girl, were all played a lot and are all classic beatle hits. Harrison's song If I Needed Someone blows my mind. Wait Lennon and McCartney's, is equally as good as any of them. Drive My Car is a super tune too! Rubber Soul is a masterpiece!
