  1. That's interesting too, George. I didn't know that. OK. For this next one it basically has two co-stars. I'm dropping some trivia for this one. Let's see where it goes. The female was the lead. In it's height of popularity she was able to get $1,000,000 per episode. Her co-star had it in his contract that what ever she made he would make it too.
  2. Not me WordWolf, the clues are getting shorter for this thread. Lately, the clues are looking like one liners that you would expect in Flicks remembered / from one line thread! Anyway, perhaps Raf would care to leave us more to go on, in order to be able to hazard a decent guess.
  3. Is it me, or are the clues getting shorter in this thread?
  4. Secret Life of Bees Dakota Fanning Hide and Seek
  5. I googled. Barbara Ann ~Beach Boys~ If you wanna hang out youve got to take her out
  6. About that show, whenever the character Earl J Waggedorn was mentioned he was always called just that, Earl J Waggedorn. Julia.
  7. I must have missed Steel Dawn. I've never heard of it.
  8. Ah. you don't say. Then, that would be one Mrs. Brown you've got a lovely daughter. Thanks WordWolf.
  9. Got another? Not really ringing anything with me George.
  10. Idk George? It sounds kinda like a Herman's Hermits line, but you just used one awhile back didn't you? You wouldn't do that again so soon would you?
  11. Excie, I first heard about this the other day on a talk radio show. My dad used to play tennis with a Mike Rice. He's a sports commentator for a professional basketball team. Small world it would seem. He is the father of this Rutgers basketball ex-coach. From what I know and see Mike Rice Sr. is a role model for this community and not anything like his son. When I was in high school, my basketball coach used to use a 1" thick wood paddle, called a hack board to paddle our behinds in front of the class whenever we got out of line. One hack was all it took. He would rear back with all his might and pop us. It was a hard wood board, maybe oak. I only got it one time. He even popped a girl one time. This coach was real competitive with us. Always played basketball with us in practise, very aggressive, threw elbows and stuff while he rebounded. 25 years ago this kind of thing was tolerated. (I don't understand why that was)? Today, it's disturbing and shocking to see. The sad truth is that it probably has never gone away!
  12. Don't be George. Best I can tell, those lyrics are all sung, not spoken. I listened to it just to make sure. I think WordWolf already knows what the song is or he wouldn't have made the assumption.
  13. No, they are sung, Well, I give ya that they're spoken WordWolf. No I won't. They are actually sung. The lyrics are conveying a deeper message but it's not like someone is reading a message like Nights in White Satin, ( which is actually called Late Lament ), "breathe deep the gathering gloom, watch lights fade from every room". Here they are sung, perhaps not with as much emphasis as one would carry when singing with their voice. Just some little snippets, and tidbits.
  14. Hello, Is there anybody in there Just nod if you can hear me Is there anyone at home Come on now I hear you're feeling down I can ease your pain And get you on your feet again Relax I'll need some information first Just the basic facts Can you show me where it hurts
