Why was Satan in the Garden of Eden?
Human without the bean replied to RottieGrrrl's topic in Doctrinal: Exploring the Bible
I think I can help here with part of your question. The devil was more subtle than any beast that God made. Gen. 3.1 His nature was slippery, that of a snake. The devil was in the garden laying in wait for any attempt to win his lordship over Adam and Eve. Satan was there to disguise himself from showing his true nature and to use his treachery and trick Adam and Eve into betraying God. When he succeeded, man lost his place in the garden. Satan became the head of this world, 2 Corin. 4:4 the title man held before the fall. We know the nature of the devil is to steal, kill, and destroy. Those are not very pleasant attributes are they? A thief, a murderer, and a destroyer. -

Well I haven't blown any holes through concrete yet Ham, but I work with Chemical gases. Myth busters once broke a valve on a cylinder and it rocketed through 3 concrete walls. I occasionally have fun with liquid nitrogen, spilling it on the ground and watching it roll around in beads before it goes back out into the atmosphere.

I'm getting the feeling nobody has the slightest idea where this came from? It's Goodfellas. Joe Pesci is playing a game on Ray Loitta and is trying to intimidate him. It's very funny. I'll go again with Flicks remembered from one line Alex. Roads? Where were going we don't need roads! -

Ted Bissell played the love interest in the show. This TV show followed The Danny Thomas Show in Prime Time. Sort of like kept in the family. That's my fault then, WordWolf. I should have been more specific as to the plot, instead I used what I thought would be a fairly recognizable reference. -
