  1. The crew of castaways for this series spins-off course and lands in a world not unlike their own. Often the cast members were captured by their humanoid equals and had to be rescued by the others. Sometimes, in order to learn something about their earth like environment these castaways would enlist their earth-like counterparts to achieve these purposes. They were always at risk however, because their earth-like inhabitants were offered a reward upon their capture.
  2. I close my eyes when I get too sad I think thoughts that I know are bad Close my eyes and I count to ten Hope it's over when I open them Hope my mom and I hope my dad Will figure out why they get so mad Hear them scream, I hear them fight They say bad words that make me wanna cry this band formed in 92', and their name may not be remembered, but it was this song that put them into the main stream spotlight.
  3. Some of you are not paying attention. I probably wouldn't care if it hadn't been a song from the greatest group of all time and for the fact that we all grew up listening to these songs.
  4. I was thinking Annie Lennox maybe. British.

  11. Mothers, Jugs, and Speed Rachael Welsh Legally Blonde
  12. I pm'd Steve a couple of days ago. I don't want to come off as hasty but I'd like to go ahead with a clue if no one objects. Steve can always pop back in whenever he likes.

  15. This isn't moving. Let me see. Not easy enough? So....another song, more memorable by the same artist I said "You're what I've been dreaming of", she said "I don't want to know" Sorry this late 60's to mid 70's group really didn't have too many one liners from their songs. Two lines? Many....perhaps, next time I will move this to the tune thread. Sorry. This is vague. So I'll just tell you the group, that might help. The Guess Who.
  16. We are the sultans, we are "The Sultans Of Swing" ~Dire Straits~ He had white horses And ladies by the score All dressed in satin And waiting by the door White lace and feathers They made up his bed A gold covered mattress On which he was laid
  17. and > They say'| " she's buying a stairway to heaven" She must have been rich. She didn't know what she was headed for And when I found what she was headed for Mama, it was too late not the first line
  18. small step or a small step It's interesting that now comes this study ( in 09) some 40 years after Armstrong coined his famous line. This link has the 2009 research video for comparison as well as the audio taken from the NASA footage. When you listen to the 09 video there is a faint phonetic sound that does seem as though Armstrong is saying one small step for a man.
  19. Which one WordWolf? There are 2. Founding member John Fogerty's band was Creedence Clearwater Revival. (CCR) When the other band members formed without JF after their split Fogerty sued them for using the name CCR. They lost and had to settle on Creedence Clearwater REVISITED. They actually still do tour, as well as Fogerty, only Fogerty as Fogerty. So, which one is it? Just kidding. :P/>
