  1. Man's best friend took sh#t from no one and kept law and order while straightening out the bad slice he couldn't fix as a Professional Driving Range golfer.
  2. That's too tough WordWolf. Put a lot of thought into that one didn't you. And now I have to come up with something. Gilligan's Island of Dr Moreau
  3. I'm not familiar with this song George.
  4. Your guess would be correct sir. Bruce Willis's character, Butch just finishes dusting off John Travolta, and leaves the scene safe and sound when he pauses in his car and delivers that line. Your ^.
  5. Then something is up with my computer. That's how I'm posting, with copy and paste from the browser.
  6. Indeed, but I think it's WordWolfs turn because I was going with the older movie, so his answer is what I was looking for. Or, flip a coin, and as far as the Gray/Grey thing I just thought that it sounded fun.
  7. I see that it worked. So what steps did you take Excie? Can you walk me through it?
  8. Awesome...... Here's one that I posted a while back now 2 years maybe, and I'm pretty sure that no one guessed it correctly. I remember Raf chiming in after the fact, making some kind of comment like he wished he was there when it was posted. Anyway, here goes: "That's how your going to beat em Butch. They keep underestimating you"!
  9. Just after I posted here, I was looking to see how well the movie did at the box office and while on IMDB I noticed quite a bit of negative posts on Facebook by mostly (obviiously) non-believers who were taunting others about how the story of Noah is a myth, a fable, etc. and even Fox TV had a panel of experts trying to van-guise the controversy that the movie started.
  10. A man becomes obsessed with his own beauty and youth and sells his soul to indulge in a life of selfish pleasure, sin and debauchery, with no regard for morality or consequences. After his death, he looks in a mirror and looks at himself and discovers that he has become a doctor also known as Dr. McDreamy.
  11. Would anyone know here, why, whenever I'm trying to post a video it only shows up with the embedded code and not the video? It used to work. I wonder if its my computer? For example: here's what I get whenever I try to put a video up ~The Killers~ When We Were Younginstead of a video page posted here it shows up as embedded. Any tips to have videos show up in my posts instead of these embedding codes? I would appreciate any help.
  12. I watched the movie Noah this weekend. Mrs. bean was really into it, I just went along for the ride. Heck, how bad can Hollywood make this story about the man, Noah, that God trusted to build the ark? Pretty bad attempt really. At about the 15 min mark, it began to portray something more along the lines of pure fantasy, like Avatar, other than a historical period of time. For one, the director (who did Pi, Black Swan) turned the context way out of proportion. I don't believe that the word "GOD" was ever mentioned once. The word that the movie used was "the creator". When someone else sees Noah and wants to make some remarks I will be happy to exchange thoughts, but this movie is not worth the money to see it. This emoticon sizes up the movie quite well.
  13. One of my favorite ~Bob Dylan~ songs is Sheltered By The Storm. So powerful. Wonderful lyrics. So are the other songs from the album called Blood On The Tracks, Tangled Up In Blue, "Lily, Rosemary, and The Jack of Hearts", and Simple Twist Of Fate. All wonderful, powerful songs.
  14. Sorry, I haven't got one. Anyone who wants to go ahead.
  15. Well how about "What are some of the Better Rock songs of the 70's", then, It might be better said? George I've never thought about it but, suppose we do go with this observation you read about, then that would put us in the mid 70's to the early 80's.. That's fine with me. Let It Be was released in 1970 so that's out. That would put most of Led Zeppelin's music out as well. I want to know what some of the better rock songs were from those periods. I'm not asking for any segway into disco music or country music, pop music, blues, Jazz or anything, just Rock music. If there are those who don't even have an opinion then, they don't have to post here. Hotel California was probably one of the most popular songs of the late 70's. I remember hearing the song, like everyday, for what must have been a couple of years.
