Pretty straight forward connection. Once you figure out which tv show plastic surgeons I'm talking about, ( that should be only one or two) then it should fall into place. -

A family of farmers from a small community keeps a secret that they will live forever after discovering the fountain of youth but when two plastic surgeons hear about it they break their noses before fixing them up all nice and pretty for the annual family get-together photo. -
That's it Raf. After S&S, some of the cast spunoff to do a series called Sanford and Arms. Then an attempt to bring back the old series without Lamont (Fred's son') was made and it was called just Sanford. The third spinoff was Grady named for the character in the original series.
-
No. Only one spin-off made it to the second season.
-
This television series ran for six seasons before the star left the network NBC and jumped to ABC. Altogether, the series produced three spin-offs. Two of them were actually spin-offs of the original show each having a variation of the original title. The third show produced used the character's name in it's title. All three were unsuccessful spin-offs.

Yes. Dutch is Predator, John Kruger is Eraser. Jack Slater , Last Action Hero. -
You must be right George. I didn't know who Jerry Maren was before now, but I heard that the last member from the cast of The Wizard of Oz had died last year. I took a *wild swing at someone like Fred MacMurray and Robert Young in Easter Parade but I was wrong.
