  1. Well for every scam, there's a scamee! I mean someone has to buy the Hat, the T-shirt, the Bumper Sticker, the Movie, yadda, yadda, yadda.... And as long as people are willing to pay, someone will be there to take their money. Someone with a fried brain (that just knows thay he/she can't be wrong) will bury the slurpee straw deep into your brain and suck vigorously.
  2. Well it's 5:15 AM here in Adare Ireland, which is five hours off of what I'm used to back in Florida. I slept through the flight for the most part. It'll take one good day of being fatigued to make up the Jet-Lag. I've got Wi-Fi set up to route everything back through my server in Florida. Sun comes up in an hour,.... yuck.....! Now I have to go and set out the garbage. After that I'll have some Whiskey and slleep till noon - what a plan... !
  3. Ohhhh it could have been for that Motorcycle and sidecar too,.....? The sidecar needed "love"
  4. Now James. You owned the Website for the college, which you once used to convince someone you had a degree (circa 2003). I have the particulars - but my question is WHY? Why did you do that, and you did make an attempt to decieve others into believing it was "outside" confirmation. You realize, of course that that idiotic maneuver forever tarnished you as a liar. The college never owned that site. James Trimm did. And pretending to be a third person wrote to a group, telling them - you or james trimm can go there and look. Rather silly. Why did you do that?
  5. Okay, I looked up Saint John Chrysotom Theological Seminary on Google. The first site listed, just happens to be about James Trimm. http://www.seekgod.ca/saintjohn.htm The story they tell there is very similar to VP Weirwille's. A degree is claimed which cannot be proven. James is kicked out of his fellowship and starts his own church. I really need to look into this more than I have. Edit. Researching this college is fun! It's faculty was composed of several dead members. http://www.lebtahor.com/truth/trimm/yeshiva/sainthohn/saintjohnpage.htm "This is very reminiscent of the faculty incidents at MBI and MWHU that I found. Here Don Bryant De Cordova is president. Dom Jerome Joachim is listed as the Professor of Canon Law and Liturgics. The problem here is that Don Jerome Joachim is dead and has been since 1997. This is the same guy that was one of the signatures on James Trimm's false doctorate. Below is a copy of the Ladd lineage at CACINA website. If you scroll to the bottom, you will see that Francis Jerome Joachim Ladd was consecrated in 1974, just as Hargis has listed on his faculty page. He was born in 1928 and died 1997. Kind of hard to be an active member of a faculty when you have been deceased for about 6 years. there's more dead members documented there Also James apparently fabricated a person to come to his defense at a group that no longer wants him around. I found this info on 2 other websites as well. I found six or seven sites tha are rather unfavorable, will look at them as I have time
  6. Ahhh, and on that page,.... "James language expertise is questioned, as James passed on challenges to demonstrate any conversational ability in Semitic languages. And one could in addition often observe the very low skill level of his English writing output." Which I guess is probably as close to an answer as I'll get. Thanks for the link Mark.
  7. I wrote someone a PM and then went out to look at the stars. Scorpio Is Boss in the southern sky tonight, a real easy constellation to pick out because it actually looks like a scorpion. The stars are cool and the majesty of the night sky is awesome! Geisha wrote: " They're not paying anything back if they're living the way they should. They are depending on new grace to take that step, and therefore they go deeper in debt." ~ Very cool Hi Zixar! here's a present for you (sorry I haven't figured out how to properly imbed a YouTube vid, just never bothered to look into it much) @ Tom,... I came a long way, Tried to join the Marines when I turned 18 but I didn't pass their Physical >snicker< ended up joining when I was 20 instead. My education was "compressed" But I am still learning. Yesterday night I learned how to make plastic,... Hahahahaha! it's fun and gooey! "mature intellectual inquisitiveness" --- well thanks for the "mature' part, I usually hear the opposite! <grin> Soul Searcher probably thinks I'm a nut at this point,.... lol Waysider,... you had me with that first cup of coffee,... Mwah! Roy, you may be the most and least like me in GSC,.... "with Love and a Holy Kiss"
  8. Otherf than the printed material, here's about all that's really left of the Aramaic Research. Still you might find it helpful http://www.pedangta.org/lexicon/ There's an Aramaic Font (TrueType) there, and you can search words from the concordance. Edit: of course you'll notice: © The Way International 1988-89. All rights reserved. The contents and results of this search tool may not be used without the prior written consent of The Way International So cheat and go here: http://www.atour.com/~lexicon/
  9. This one's pretty good..... One By One Joe Fair & Ralph Graham http://iacmusic.com/play2.aspx?songID=46664
  10. Well now,... that explains everything........ Fire on the mountain Run Boy run....... See? It was THAT unfair advantage they had over Way Productions.... easier to say Oh yeah, were they good? well,.... they must be seed.... Hell they even M&A'd some of their own musicians,.... go figger......!
  11. I could set up a podcast. I have a Skype account, and an account at Podbean.com. We could record it, and post it here at GreaseSpot. I know a Rabbi in Haifa that has an excellent command of both Hebrew and Aramaic. We could check out your translation skills. I also called a friend of my Mom's at the British Museum. He'd be willing to sit in on a Podcast as well. He's also fluent in both Biblical Hebrew and three dialects of Aramaic. It's a genuine offer here. You could have one other person you choose as well. I can manage up to five on a conference call with Podbean. I'd really like to see what you do know, and see what you know On-the-Spot. In the portions of the interview that can be done in Hebrew, I can manage to participate in myself. I want to see if you really know this stuff on your own,... in real time. It would only take an Hour and I could get it all set up for the fifteenth of this month, a Sunday. Paw, would you mind if we put the podcast on GSC if we do it? James, I'll even pay you for the interview, if that's a stumblingblock, But we'll do as much as possible in Aramaic or Hebrew, After all you have the PhD in this,... should be no problem and I have plenty of money. It could be a lot of fun, and I am sooooooooo curious to see what you really know. It would be a magnificent opportunity to show the world that you are THE pre-eminent translator of all things Hebrew and Aramaic, and add great weight to you Bible translation credentials. it would stop the mouths of all your critics. And it would be fun!!! Edit,... that would be the 13th. I hadn't flipped the page from May to June on the desk Blotter calander,... lol, silly me.
  12. Because Lazy people like you ignore questions, you've done it again. As for the part I wrote about you being all defensive, well you've proved that with this answer. As to what you write,... You seem to be saying that you write so much at other places But here at GSC, we're not worth anything original, easier to cut and paste yesterday/yesteryear's writing here...... You've also ignored a lot of other people's questions. You could go back and look, but I assure you - it's the truth. As to am I now sufficiently impressed whith how much you do elsewhere? .......lol Oh,... of course I am. I'm in Awe of your Magnificent accomplishments and the care you take,.... with people you care about. I just guess we don't rate that here - do we?
  13. I have to agree with Bliss's earlier comments (and well said Bliss). The emphasis this guy has is on the power of the Individual, HIS believing, and how great he is,... And how you too can believe, just like Jesus! Not much emphasis on God though, or the fact that God is the one behind the "law" ...and He's the one that does the "bringing to pass". No,... this is set up for people to take off with their own blank check,... NO God required..... After all who needs Him? You have your MIGHTY believing, The Universe is AT YOUR Command!!!
  14. LOL The ones I saw in some Video Clip, looked better and could never all quite turn at the same time when the performed..... Uhm,.... n/m
  15. "mixed feeling on Joyful Noise.." The blue purple and green tapes,... and there was one done for the 200th birthday of America. They did a lot of songs. I think the "Ladies of the Way" still do some of their songs (poorly). I remember listening to them back when My Dad had those tapes stored in the attic, around 1998 - 2000. Just curious,... why "mixed feelings"? What was different about them? The tapes were damaged and tossed afet the roof got messed up on my dad's house back in 2004, so I can't go back and try to figure it out. Was it just that when they were younger they were good and they sort of lost heart as they went along? Your personal tastes, or something else... ?
  16. Because they're always just short of anything spiritually perfect, or spiritually complete, and they live in their own little world, only singing when the choir is assembled in their favorite Way. Everyone else is the "world", don't'cha know, and they have it wrong,.... daughts riiiiiiight! Hallmarks of a closed-minded cultish mentality,... it's only natural.
  17. What was it P.T. Barnum said about a sucker being born every minute? Well if a person's faculties are impaired and a friend family member sees them as a cash cow, it's pretty pathetic. If someone says, " if you don't make so and so your benificiary, I don't know if I can keep coming by to change out your oxygen tanks. Yeah though,... nothing new under the sun....
  18. There's that "Cult" mentality. Besides your rebuttals mostly show you disagree, not that others are actually wrong. Most of what they basically accuse you of is being lazy, apt to take shortcuts - unwilling to respond to questions, an misreprestenting yourself as something more of a scholar then you are. So far, at GreaseSpot, your actions support their claims. The lazy part especially, with all the cut and paste stuff. God only knows if it's your work or borrowed. But a lot of it is wrong, so I think you'd be best off claiming you copied it. I'm going to bet right now, and offhand, that I know Hebrew better then you do. I draw this conclusion from mistakes you make (plus there's the fact that I know Hebrew and Yiddish quite well). I could prove that out on a conference call, if you want to do that. It would seem though, that you don't want to be a Christian, and that you consider them the enemy, your enemy. You've made it clear that you are of the sect of the Messiah's Nazarene Jews or something and that Christians are soup sandwiches, Jews are soup sandwiches, and you have the truth. You, and only those who believe exactly as you say (or cut & Paste), are right - naturally, everyone else has it wrong, and persecutes you unjustly. It's a tired song. If you were the only one alive with the truth, I think people would stay away from you. First, you too defensive to attract anything but your own choir, and second - you seem to respond to people with threats, whines or the ULTIMATE,... well,... who cares (or words to thet effect). You'd be best off to leave here with your dignity intact soon, or develop a new attitude, unless you live for heartache. You never answered my questions, when I've asked them, and it seems that if you get too many unfavorable comments (THAT MEANS - everyone didn't agree with you), you abandon your own thread rather than answer. This church thread is just you wttempt to carry on your "Dispensing with Dispensationalism" which you apparently 'dispensed' with, yet you're right back in the saddle here in this thread - answering nothing and cutting and pasting. It's interesting to see that you took the time to threaten Roy,..... Right from the heart, that it was.... one of your first heartfelt remarks that you actually took the time to write personally. I hope the EVENT, made you proud...!!? Nothing to cut and paste for him.........?
  19. Maybe it would be helpful for the innies if we had a sign for them. I hear people always want a sign. One like the Deer X-ing signs, you know, the yellow diamonds witht the little black, jumping deer. Well we could get a few, and paint them out as an Adversary X-ing signs. Now we'd wanna post them in helpful places around the property. We'll start with one at Weirwille road & Hwy 29. If we make six signs, where should the other 5 go?
  20. My Great uncle is Jewish. He lives in Adare, Ireland, but the closest synagogue is in Cork, after that, Dublin. He refuses to wear his kippah in public, and claims that going to synagogue would be "work", and that breaking God's rules to obey other rules of God, is senseless. There is no synagogue in Limerick, although there used to be. And a little anti-Semitism goes a long way. The riots in Limerick over a century ago are still remembered. There aren't a lot of Jews in Ireland, and My Great Uncle thinks that all this talk of any Messiah having already come, is foolishness. 'If the "messiah" had come, he would have fixed things!' Irish Jews, from what I've seen growing up, probably do more drinking than other Jews around the world do (at least, on a regular basis), and they know when the Sabbath is. It's Tam's day off and a few cold ones to relax. Last year a couple of Hasitic Jewish Rabbis visited him. He said they started telling him stuff to do. He invited them to buy a house, stick around for a while, and he'd consider their 'wisdom'. As Tam tells it, they declined and left the country the following day, that following day being Sunday. Funny that.
  21. Ha! Kids learn. It's what they're good at. Verbose teachings bore them. They love to get into the mix and see what happens. Touch the stove to see if it's really HOT! Figure out who to trust, who not to trust. By the time we get all grown up, we figure we've got that all settled. "Tryin' to make a living and doing the best we can." and all. We forget to wonder. We dismiss things out of hand. We fail to attempt to learn. We know it all..... Share something with a grown up that's gotten to that point and they'll tell you "Been there, done that kid. You are doing it all wrong." they've given up They only want to stratify what they have already considered by them to be the truth, and they won't let the truth get in their way. Yeah, oh yeah,... be a kid, go out and play - learn new things. DO STUFF!!! Do stuff you think is silly. Especially stuff you've never tried before. I tried to raise a guy from the dead once, didn't happen but I TRIED. I was really mad at God for a while after that, sort of like a kid that was told she couldn't have her favorite thing. But I've tried other stuff that worked. If I didn't try, I guess I'd just never get much done beyond go to work, watch TV, go to bed, ... wrinse and repeat. I tried to stay on topic here, even though I wasn't even alive for Jim Doop, The Way West and VPW
  22. Well when you get your "New Body", maybe you won't be naked.
