Waterbuffalo, I understand what your saying about being in nk so that everyone knows where to go. But when some people leave twi it is pretty scary. When I left they harrassed me and even walzted into my house to see if any other people from twi were in there. Twi people can be very bold if they think your taking others with them. Twi's belief is that if one person leaves then they are taking at least 10 others with them. Or so I was told when I was in twi. Also, being in nk would be awful hard to hook folks up to resources to get the help they need. They will need to hook with counseling and working with their own families. Most families are in different states. Also, in the process of getting it together, nk is a small town and may not be the right place for looking for a job. I don't think there would be too many jobs in nk. A bigger town or a big city would be great for getting the resources they need to get their lives together. A perfect place would be somewhere quiet outside of a big city so they can heal. When getting a place going all these things need to be thought out before going into it. I know there is a lot of money available with the government if you know how to do it. Also, there may be business that would want to give help. But it takes time to get all those resources together and make it work. I believe it could work if you had enough and the right people who knew how to go about this. I've worked with human services and grant writing before, although I haven't wrote grants myself. It is very hard and the words have to be just right. I am very interested to do this with the people that really want to help. I think that the idea earlier of not just limiting it to twi was a great one. Ok!! I will not try to be a nice person...ok? johniam, I think you totally misunderstand. All of us are at different stages of healing. Some want to get the word out so others can heal and some want to get the word out but still have a hard time with it. These things will always be with us no matter what anyone will judge us on. It is layers of our hurt hearts that has to be peeled off. Sometimes that will take years. Some days are harder than others. Most of us are here to help others and at the same time to heal ourselves. Sometimes we think we are totally healed from it all until one day it comes at us again. I think you are a little harsh on us. Who knows why shaz didn't answer since the second page. Who are you to judge all of us just because she didn't? Linda Carter posted once and never posted again. I would hope that we gave her plenty to think about. Of course it takes time for people to come to that understanding. Some won't. At least it was brought up to her and she can look at all the details herself and make her own decision. Ok!! sunesis, Yes, she did come out of the blue as a matter of fact. She was not one of my roomates or in our twig. She is the one that initiated the friendship. This might not mean anything but she was also a reverand. Always wondered how she came of it. Alfie, I know I'm going off topic again but I hope this means something to you. You, paul and larry really were healing to me. I needed you guys at the time I spent with you all. I don't know if I would be alive today if it wasn't for you three and your antics and your wildness. Its not what happened in their lives that made them the way they are. Its something in them. Its not abuse or parenting or anything bad happening in their lives. dot, you get enough people telling you you are full of devil spirits you begin to start believing it. Especially, when you believe that twi teaches the truth. I had to take a psychiatry test one time to adopt my son. I thought for sure they would find that I was totally possessed or that I had some deep problems. Boy, was I shocked when I read the results. LOL I was NORMAL!!!! That was when I started to heal. Sorry guys for sidetracking. I guess this thread is opening a lot of stuff for me. Which is good. I might have dodged the bullet and now I am glad I was tossed. But alfakat can vouch for me in this. Life was h e l l in twi after that. In fact a couple of years after this I found out that my bc who was also running a group home that I lived in was boinking a sweet young thing that also lived in the house. She was devestated. He told her that he was the mog and she was there to meet his needs. She finally shared it with me what was going on. I went to the lc about this. They moved her out and had her move in with the lc. I never saw her again. This bc became a lc in another state the next year. I was not able to do anything with twi again. IN fact I found a roomate that we got along great. She was in twi. The bc of that time told her that I was possessed and not to live with me. I was blacklisted totally from all this. So even though I wasn't molested or anything sexual happen to me I was treated as one that couldn't keep the lock box. This is something I felt very strong about. I knew that it was a bunch of hogwash that we single gals had to meet the needs of the mog. But if you didn't comply or you spoke up you were full of devil spirits. Ok!! When I was in the corpse there was a woman that was in an earlier corpse that I became friends with. I learned to really like her and trust her. One day while we were walking she shared some things about being in the rv with vpw. She backed off after seeing that I was totally horrified. She no longer was interested in being my friend.
