  1. So you are one in a relative extreme minority, considering how many people wouldn't know the difference, and becuase you knew that then you assume it's common knowledge across the board and any misunderstandings due to ambiguity would be on the persons hearing that VPW went to Princeton. Im a former New Yorker for Pete's sake and I thought for sure he meant Princeton University. It actually took me a few years of being involved with TWI to figure out he didn't goto Princeton but to PTS. Wierwille was extremely dishonest in an intellegint manner. He would make open ended statements knowing that he was leading people about two steps away from the conclusions he led them to and then wouldnt take the time to correct people who made that two step leap unless he had no choice. Thats called being a liar.
  2. Im thinking he did....someone will be along that can straighten me out...where the heck is mike when you need him?
  3. Correct me if Im wrong, didnt wierwille state that they approached the Bible with an objective viewpoint through inductive reasoning?
  4. I guess Mike figures since he's lost credibility around these parts that it helps to name-drop.
  5. That horse is a bit ghetto so I have lure him in with a Colt45. Kinda like a equestrian candy van.
  6. Actual picture of OldSkool and one of his miniature horse that pull his minivan....(plz note I neither own a mini-horse or mini-van but if I did it would look just like this)
  7. Arrgggh!!! You mean this isnt true!!! AGGHHG! And all this time...
  8. I think the problem with mike having been bullied by some way corps guys at some point is he never really took the time to understand the extremem indoctrination process we all went through in our way corps training. Ive spent COUNTLESS hours working the way internationals classes and books....I wish the heck I could forget them... Hear hear!!
  9. And hers' the thing...I would have no problem with wierwille "putting things together" if had hadnt lied and said God taught him the Word like it hadnt been known since the first century and then one finds out that most all he "put together" supposedly under God's direction came from contemporary sources without the original aouthor's knowledge or permission. Think the call that p..p..p...la..g...what that word ?
  10. Oh, well...if researhgeek says so then it all must be legit...and pikes peak wasnt a pop-up degree mill with mail in correspondence avenues for getting a degree mailed to one' home address...silly me.
  11. Not to mention the way international still push his lying claims as well....it's not harmless. Lying to people is wrong on so many levels.
  12. That donkey had to have holy spirit for God to talk to it....bu dah bum...thank you everyone thank you!
  13. Well, give Mike some time to check his notes to see if your experience was REALLY that, or maybe none of us paid attention and forgot what was in the class.
  14. It's ok according to some if the jokes are God breathed.
  15. I thought he wrote the literals and everything else that has his name on it from his own work and walk with God. That's what wierwille said and the way international still says. It wasn't until I did my own homework and was willing to face the truth that I dropped the way international and their lies.
  16. That's a nice, euphemistic expression to soften plagiarist.
  17. Thanks, I read a little and will check it out. I am excited to see other folks points of view on the subject. My perspective isnt King....
  18. Its a nice long slow movie with a decent sound track that one can just sit there and veg onwards with a silly yet decent enough plot. Really, the cast make the movie worthwhile. For Tarantino it's really a kind of a mild gangster type thing going on but not over the top like some of his other movies. I was a huge Tarantino fan when I was young but now not so much. Horror/gangster movies don't have the same appeal now that ive aged a bit. Jackie Brown is not in that category. It's one I have to watch every so often. The Usual Suspects is another one of those classic, watch every once in a while type affairs too.
