  1. I'm not sure as I am not very well versed in orthodox Christianity. Just the Southern Baptist Church and the way international. I find their views disgusting though. When I was a wayfer I never agreed with the way men were supposed to treat their wives and never treated mine that way. We work on things together and if she wants to do something I don't want to then more power to her.
  2. Yep! My thoughts exactly after reading the links left by the OP. Church discipline contract? That is absolutely crazy.
  3. Her and T0m were very mean spirited. In the 90s when he was way of the usa coordinator Craig put him through the wringer. It only made them meaner. When they went to Texas and were region coordinators the wreaked havoc the branch and limb folks who were working for them.
  4. The old geezer really was the center of his own deluded universe. And I used to think he was the greatest thing since sliced bread.
  5. This explains in part why their numbers are dwindling so bad. Rosalie has the personality of a rock.
  6. That's just stupid. Never heard of that non-sense before, but hey, I never heard of a pregnancy policy until I was in the way international. Crazy though. Well, I mean besides China. So China and the way international both have pregnancy policies.
  7. Then start another thread and quit taking this one
  8. Speaks volumes regarding how rotten headquarters really is.
  9. And to address these points. I have noticed all three. From my experiences with people on staff that are in these categories - Many of the single staffers are bound by the marry only way corps policy, that is still in effect. I think a lot of advanced class grads used to go on staff in hopes of meeting people. And a lot of people just wind up staying single because they can't find someone that is an advanced class grad and matches what they want. So they wind up putting the ministry first and staying single. Crazy if you ask me, but hey, if they are happy more power to them. Kids are an interesting subject. Since the Allen lawsuit TWI has dropped their no pregnancy policy and around 9 months after they did HQ was flooded with new borns. I mean it was CRAZY! Some of the way corps in TWI prefer not to have kids because they can give more to the ministry with no kids. A lot of upper level leaders are in this category, while some just can't have kids for one reason or another. The way international's mandates are contrary to life changes and are designed to control people so the directors are not distracted from pushing papers around or meeting with their lawyers, etc. This is especially true with programs such as way corps and way disciple. You also see the same sort of crap with the staff handbook. Life's changes in a very controlled environment disrupt the program, thus the mandates.
  10. Experiences on the field are unique to your direct field leadership. I have been in numerous states. Was way disciple, fellowship coordinator, candidate way corps, and good ole' advanced class grad helping build my area. Basically, if your leadership can shield you from headquarters/way of the usa then you may have an alright time. This was my experience in one of the state I lived in. I loved my branch and limb guy but it turns out my region coordinator at the time T0m and B@rbara L@lly were absolute monsters who got off on putting people through all kinds of h3ll. I was oblivious to this until my section coordinator at HQ (a couple years later) told me the h3ll he and several other people endured on account of them. It only means you had some space while a lot of others did not. You managed to stay in the cracks. Let's pretend they leave people alone, they never have or will, buts let's just pretend a minute. Leaving people alone would not atone for the sins of the sexual predators who used to run the place (Wierwille / Martindale) nor would it atone for the evil little blue hair running the place now, who has made it her life's crowning achievement to endeavor to sweep outright corruption and scandal under the rug. You do know that the way international was facing R.I.C.O charges in the Allen lawsuit? Further more, leaving people alone would never, ever account for all the lives that were ruined nor all the broken families left behind in the wake of Wierwille's and Martindale's motor coach affairs (and other places as well like the wierwille home basement and cabin 12 at gunnison.) Also, leaving people alone would not account for all the error they teach. Law of believing, the word takes the place of the absent Christ, speaking in tongues makes an already perfect and complete gift of holy spirit stronger, etc, etc. But, once again, here we are ---- I have blathered enough.
  11. My friend, modern day way international's leadership mantra is .... drumroll please.... "What did we do last year." I heard this so many times and at all levels of the leadership tree, even from Rosie herself. The problem is systemic. That stagnant little cornfield cult is run almost entirely by institutional memory and of course so many references to what "Dr. and Mrs. Wierwille's heart was for ....insert issue here...." As for kids...if it weren't for followers raising their kids in the way int's. indoctrination there would be hardly ANYONE at the advanced class or going way disciple, and quite a few less (if that were possible) going into the way corps. Most of the kids at the advanced class go because they have to and it's a great place to meet other ministry kids. Families use way disciple as a boot camp to get their teenagers out of the house and on their own and add yet another layer of indoctrination to their kids upcoming life in cultdom. And let me tell you, most, if not all of the kids that go into the way corps hang on to the deluded hope that they will be able to change things once their time comes because they REALLY hate the way things are done. Religious and stiff are descriptors I heard from young people over and over again when describing the current state of things in the way international. I feel sorry for them really. I shared the same hopes and found out the hard way that the way international has always been corrupt and the people who try to change it for the better will have their dreams smashed on the rocks by many pounding waves of corruption inherent in the way international. That which is crooked cannot be made straight. There is no escaping Wierwille's sordid past. Sameness is enshrined in policy, handbooks, guidelines, layers of corporate rule, and enforced by leadership at all levels at all times.
  12. Me and the Mrs. do the same. It's amazing how you can manage to skip nearly 2 decades of one's life.
  13. Spotlight is online now as American Free Press. Same B/S different decade. As for Wierwille, Rosie has swept that so far under the rug I am glad it is seeing the light of day from time to time here on good ole GSC!
  14. I always loved the "believing stopped the such and such" lines. I spent hundred of dollars on Y2K preparations. I spent countless hours as a fellowship coordinator harassing all the people in my fellowship to get their checklists completed. Heck, we even had an agreed upon meeting location out in the country at someone's house along with travel plans to get there safely when the melt down started. It took me half dozen trips getting all my stuff out to this persons storage shed in the weeks before new years eve. And what came of it? ..... nothing....nada....zip.... And of course Craig comes back with the lines that (to paraphrase) "all the preparation and believing defeated this attack of the adversary." and also "If we had not done all that work it would have happened." It took me around six months to use all the damned supplies I had gathered. A can of soup here a summer sausage sandwich there...... Unfounded correlation.... Y2K never happened because a relative handful of people hoarded some supplies complete with disaster contingencies.
  15. Rosie is just as bad as victor paul wierwille and craig martindale. She has positioned herself as the way international's savior, the one to undo the damage that martindale left behind, the one to sanitize Wierwille into a "great man of god." In my opinion she is just as bad as wierwille and martindale because she KNOWINGLY covers up their evils. She has spent years fighting through court cases, working with lawyers, figuring out how to hide in the cracks and get problems to go away. She knows that wierwille and martindale were both sexual predators. What does she do? Cover it all up and hope it will silently vanish away in time. Preserve the way international at all costs. And why do people who follow the way international come up with justifications for these evils from their leaders? Do they really think it's ok because God looks on the heart? And what sort of heart does he see in Rosalie and her boot lickers? I'm no searcher of hearts but I know a little about the fruit produced by these people. So tell me what that says about their hearts. And so let's get biblical for a minute, shall we? Jesus didn't excuse evil in the pharisees and follow them anyway. He was public about his religious leaders hypocrisies and told others so they could avoid supporting them. Never once can you find a record of him referring to corrupt religious leaders in his day by saying "it's ok - God looks on the heart." Never once.
  16. I've marked and avoided the way international.
  17. They do a lot of that. It's taken me several years to get my bearings with the first two no doubt the worst.
  18. OMG!!!! That's rich. I would like to present the following award to you ex-limb coordinator.
  19. I really began to understand this a couple years before I left. I needed healing for my child and all Rosie ever said to me was just keep serving. I put my entire self into their teachings and counsel to find that I needed to try just a little harder. They always seemed to blame me and the Mrs. when their methods failed. It was a truly heartbreaking time. But hey, it's what it took for me to rid my family of this false ministry so in retrospect I am happy to be free of them.
  20. Time and again I am struck with flash back style memories of goof ball things I was exposed to in the way international and have forgotten long ago. In the upper echelon of the way international (Advanced Class grad and up) there seems to be a real big fixation on the adversary. And along with all the unfounded, spiritual hypothesizing there are some really ridiculous correlations. Of course it's said if you don't agree then you are "not spiritually mature" or whatever. One example is when I went way disciple the first time. During the end of the tenure at one of the foundational class sessions our limb/branch way corps dude produced a short news snippet that said crime was down in our assigned city. First off, it wasn't a precipitous drop - minor at best. Anyways, the dude then goes on a rant that the way disciples were the reason crime had dropped because we had flooded the city with so much light that the darkness had to flee. And let me add this. We were specifically kept in VERY safe areas, almost snooty upper class. There was virtually no crime in our part of town, save some minor incidents. Did we shine so brightly that we scared off da debil spurrrts in the parts of town we dared not venture, you know the parts of town where crime had dropped somewhat? I still am humored by this and many other incidents. Have fun!
  21. Congrats!! (just kidding) I joke with my wife that my goal with the way international is to be permanently marked and avoided. I am pretty sure that has happened since I am sure they know who I am. Sorry, you had to deal with that but it does seem that people who received the rants were usually right to begin with, or victims of the MOG's whim.
  22. ROFL!! Well that was me last night so you are not the only one who tied one on this weekend.
