Cowgirl, Can you send some of it down here to Memphis? It's cooled off a bit today but its been in the eighties most of the week. You know, we used to get snow every Winter but all we've gotten is little dibs and dabs for the past several years. I'm waiting for a good 10 incher so I can take a few days off at the office. sudo

Roy, Sometimes I don't know how to respond to you because even after all this time I don't know what you understand and what you DON'T understand. Yeah, Windchaser was being kind to you. Lots of folks read your posts, Roy, and take the nice approach but lots of folks don't. Now listen to me here.. that Jehovah's Witness board is full of not so nice folks. So long as you realize that and don't get your feelings hurt. Let me tell you this, too. I think TWI really hurt you. Screwed you up in a lot of ways that's not your fault. And since I don't check on what's going on over there that much, I'm not aware of what they're posting lately. Mainly it's usually pretty vile stuff because the ex-JW's are even more screwed up than us ex-TWI'ers :huh: But that doesn't give them a license to humiliate any of us. Tell you what.. if you think they're getting ugly with you... post it here. I have a few friends who mostly hang out in the Political forum who could take them on. sudo

Robert Johnson.... He was the brother of James and Edward Mead Johnson and the three of them founded the now famous Johnson & Johnson company noted initially for surgical dressings (lay folks know them for Band Aids) and antiseptics. But it was Robert Johnson who took the initiative. And lo and behold if he wasn't also a closet blues player. By now you guys all know about the famous Robert Johnson but you probably don't know that even though everyone assumed he was a poor Mississippi black man from the delta.. he was actually a quite prosperous white man appearing in black face in his off time from starting up the Johnson & Johnson Co. Everyone just assumed he was a black man. Here's one of his songs I really like, though few know it was Robert Johnson that wrote and originally recorded it. No use arguing about it because I'm always right on these issues but... Here are the best songs they ever did. I remember the first two from those days in my youth when JFK was president.
